I was unsure at first as when the case is empty the zip fasteners are temperamental but once full it fastens easily and is a really roomy carry on case which fits neatly under the seat. I used it for short trips whilst in Thailand too and is was perfect for two or three nights away. Great four wheeler which is super smooth during transfers and through the airport.

Lovely case, great for a short break. Annoyingly it arrived slightly damaged, clearly it's received a knock on the corner in transit, which is a shame as I would obviously have preferred to receive item as new. Don't have time to go through returns process before I need the case so will have to just live with it. Knocking a star off for that.

Bought 2 of these cases specifically because they say they’re the perfect max size for EasyJet. Pros - decent quality suitcase. The hard case means it doesn’t expand, so you can’t overpack and end up with excess baggage charges at the gate. Telescopic handle worked fine. Well balanced - when fully packed, it didn’t want to fall over. Also coped well on cobbles. Directional wheels worked fine - nice to not have to carry a bag, which is often the case for the free hand luggage size. The case itself is very lightweight. Nice range of colours (we got pink and green). At boarding, the attendant specifically said to us “those cases are great, I don’t even need to check them because I know they fit perfectly”. If you pack carefully (I find rolling best), you can easily do a long weekend with this case. We were travelling to Christmas markets in Europe, and were expecting cold weather and snow. It held 3 full changes of clothes for my 12 year old, and 2 full changes for me (large adult), plus pjs, liquids, hairdryer and hair straightener. For a summer holiday, I honestly think an adult could get 5 days out of it. Cons The included lock is flimsy and pointless. If you like to lock your case, don’t count on this one. Downside of the wheels is that you lose a chunk of packing space. Think box of tissues size. May not seem like much, but when you’re travelling hand luggage only, that’s a massive difference. Would be great if they could make a product with clip off wheels so that you can maximise packing space. Can’t be worn as a backpack, as some other hand luggage bags can be. I would 100% recommend, and will be buying a Ryanair sized one for my upcoming summer holiday!

This suitcase was a perfect size, durable, and looks great. Only thing lacking was the pad lock system for the zips, it is very weak and made cheaply but in most cases people use their own metal padlocks. I personally didn’t need one as this was a carry on luggage but would recommend this as great value for money

Bought in June 2024. 2 trips to Europe and wheels don’t swivel. They don’t look damaged but you can’t push the case as the wheels get stuck when case is on the ground. Contacted seller to ask for info on replacement wheels. At first, they appeared helpful asking for documentation of sale. Then asking for photos so they could check out the offending part. After that, asking for a video to be able to better identify the wheels. Having complied with all of that over several weeks, I received a very curt letter stating that the item was out of guarantee and no further action could be taken. They could have told me at the outset and all I was asking was for info, nothing else. Instead, they strung me along and I got the runaround so NO, Not impressed at all! On to the actual case - lovely look, perfect size for BA & Easyjet largest hand luggage. Very nice inside too. Such a shame about the fact that the wheels really don’t last long and what is worse, you obviously can’t replace them. Case only used twice and only as hand luggage so not thrown about by handlers. Durability really NOT GOOD!

First impressions are good. Good sized cabin case. 360 rotational wheels. Ideal. After a few uses two wheels have seized. No replacement parts for flight knight. New case required yet everything else still looks the part. Not built to last.. Maybe spend a little more.
