Horrible DO NOT ORDER
This is a terrible product in general and I strongly advise that you find an alternative. It is extremely lightweight and did not include assembly instructions. The chemical smell is overwhelming and highly toxic and I couldn't even have indoors. It is much smaller than described and I am dearly regretting taking a chance on it. I'm returning it and unfortunately it states that the seller will take up to 14 days to refund my account which seems ridiculous.

Decline ab bench for “petite”
Perfect decline bench for ab work for someone around 5’2” 120 lbs. item is Lightweight , ez to assemble. Required two wrenches to tighten the only hex bolt. Everything else just hand screw :) the manual provides a good drawing to follow. Shipped fast in the apocalypse environment

it works but no great.
I am 160lbs, 5'8". It is ok to do situps on this bench but not comfortable. The attachments are either too short or too small/thin. The quality is not good but not too bad.

NO INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN
Haven’t been able to figure out the assembly because it provides NO INSTRUCTIONS! Just a pixelated picture of all the parts, unreadable. Regret this purchase.

Needs wider leg braces so I modified it with the longer bar it came with for the price it’s not bad

It’s the total package
It's a great design, steel frame for durability but still light and portable, am approx 180lbs but its sturdy and stable during my sessions. Extremely comfortable, varieties of postures you can work on depending on your goals. Its really the complete package for me at home. Assembling is really simple with or without instructions indoor and outdoor its suits all. For the price I didn't go wrong.
