It tastes salty but that's expected with the ingredients right? Secondly, there are crystallised pieces at the bottom. I added to a higher volume of slightly warm water and it dissolved no problem. What's most important is the effect. I found it very hydrating and it helps with nausea when fasting. I'm happy with the clean ingredients/no sweeteners too. Can't vouch for the other uses yet. Price-wise it's in the middle of the options I saw. Ones that are bulked up with sweeteners etc are obviously cheaper. Ones with the highest amount of nutrients per serving are way more expensive though. So for the effect it gives me I would buy again.

Excellent for extended fasts. I was previously struggling to get past 3 day fast due to low energy and feeling shaky but now it’s much easier and those symptoms have gone. I wouldn’t go as far as to say it has a pleasant taste but it’s perfectly palatable unlike some others I’ve tried. A little pricy but worth it for the positive effects and taste

We love this product as it comes recommended by our nutritionist and it doesn't taste bad. No side effects and very easy to put into water, squash or any other drink. It tends to last 4-6 weeks. Great product which we will continue to buy

★★★★★ **Really helpful for replacing electrolytes** I bought this after a recent bout of stomach troubles, as I wanted something to help replace the salts and electrolytes I’d lost. It has helped me quite a lot, particularly with the kind of cramping you can get when your electrolyte levels are low. It is very easy to use — a capful added to water or a juice of your choice is all you need. There is a bit of an aftertaste, but for me it’s perfectly manageable considering the benefit I get from it. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with it. It’s simple, effective and a useful product to have on hand when you need to rehydrate and replace lost electrolytes.

Excellent! You do have to get used to the taste, start off with half a cap in 500ml of water. But after drinking it three times or so I actually really enjoy the flavour! I do 1 cap full in 500ml water. I've bought it again!

Amazing, works well with my distilled water with one cap per 4L which lasts for ages. Taste is great. When I am dehydrated I put an additional cap into my 1L bottle and gives me just what I need.

Have been struggling with leg cramps and hand cramps. Using this has eliminated both within a few weeks of daily use and helped decrease muscle pain. . Highly recommend. Tastes very salty like most electrolytes. I add a dash of powdered drink flavoring to make it more palatable. No noticeable change in energy but the relief in muscle pain and cramps is worth the price in my opinion. Missed a few days and they cramps returned. Restarted and resolved quickly.

Crystallizes a bit but it melts back in no problem. Works incredibly well, I don’t notice a taste at all and hydrates well for someone with Ehlers Danlos which is always low in electrolytes. I’ve changed my review. Will definitely buy again
