I purchase these on here because it is such a better deal than in the stores, and I will continue to buy these on here, and often, since I burn them all the time, I go through quite a bit! I have always received these quickly, not damaged, and fresh, not old, and have never had any issues... if you have never tried nag champa, you should, I highly recommend it, it is my all time favorite, and all that I use, I wouldn't think of using a different incense! Review: Consistent, never had a problem - I have bought this product twice over the span of several months. This was experimental because I had read in the reviews that people were having a problem possibly receiving knock-off versions of it. The first time I ordered one box, and in my second order a few months later I bought two. All three boxes that I received from this seller had the official branding that would be expected. I compared these boxes to the very first box of this incense that I had bought at a local shop, which also had the official branding, and the boxes were identical, as was the look of the sticks inside. So far, I find this incense from this seller to be well-made, consistent in both look and smell, and official (not a knockoff).
