This bar works very well with 41 inch loop bands. You can also get heavy duty carabiners for the end eyelets or you can wrap the loop band directly on the bar. You can search You Tube for all the different type of exercises you can do. I'm a 5'7" woman with narrow bone structure/narrow shoulders. Otherwise, it is very solid and awesome! The padding feels really good and allowed me to load heavier resistance bands than the other bar I have that digs into my hands.
