Quality arms display, you get what you pay for!
This is a sturdy display with larger than expected holding space. The real wood has embedded metal parts to hold the screws, preventing potential splits or stripping. This assembled with ease, and the tolerances, while not perfect, are pretty good. Because the diameter of the holder spaces is a little larger than expected, I will be adding some felt spacers to prevent abrasion of my katana and wakizashi sayas. With them being a little larger, this display would also work for some of my HEMA blades, like a rapier or broadsword. This expanded functionality makes this useful for a variety of purposes, not just displaying katanas or daisho. While the cost was not small for this, I feel like it being solid wood and the quality of the fit and finish still made for a good value. You do get what you pay for, and I managed to find a sale price during Prime Day.

beautiful katanakake
I just got this stand and in five minutes had it together. The solid wood pieces are very nicely shaped and finished. It has nice grain and really is a quality item. It goes together with screws and brass threaded inserts that make it sturdy yet easy to disassemble later on if you wish. An allen wrench is included. It is sanded very smooth and has a light oil finish that enhances the grain. I don't know what the wood is, but it is similar to American Cherry. I am super pleased with it for its good looks and at an exceptionally good price. I am using it free standing, but it can also be hung on a wall. I'm impressed!

Decent product, and works as intended.
Easy to assemble which is good as it didnt come with instructions. Everything you need is in the box. Looks pretty good, there were some parts that came scuffed on the corners which is the only reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars. Holds this silly sword pretty ok.

High quality simple product
Solid wood, cheaper than any normal military sword stand, and it fits my space better. Simple, inexpensive, solid wood. Should’ve bought it years ago

Looks amazing!
Sturdy design, fit my tachi perfectly! Gives my prize blade a stand that demands quality! Don’t waste your time with cliche wall mount swords get a stand that stands out as good as the piece it’s holding. Best value for your money too! Super easy to set up and stable as a rock!

Easy to hang, looks as pictured
I bought this to display a Gladius, the Roman short sword. It's the perfect size for it, and fits the sword in its sheath. It was easy to assemble and hang and looks great on the wall without the fasteners visible. Great job!

Nice quality and more stable than expected
Nicely made, More stable than I expected. That cutlass on top is heavy and I was concerned about tipping over. Even on the cloth pretty stable. I only wish it was wider and the vertical supports a bit farther apart. Swords with heavy hilts are harder to center the bottom sword, blade side lifts from balance if positioned too far left. I would buy again. Hard to find non-Japanese themed stands.

This is a nice rack that is stained in a dark and rich colour, along with a medieval-like brass emblem. It's a bit pricey, hence only 4 stars.
