They just don't seem to care about their customers.Also, these owners got rid of the traditional useful sticker sheets 3 years ago, and replaced them with dumbed down childish icons even my children think are embarrasing and not worth bothering with. However, I did buy it and found the size just right for me and this diary has everything I need. It is perfect as a work or project diary. I love the combination of diary and notes page opposite. The elastic does not sag after a year of using and acts as a page marker as well as a diary closure. This is my second one. I also bought a colourful planner, (to satisfy my artist's eye!) but the Moleskine is the one I ended up using - because it just 'works'.
