Durability

I love them and get compliments on them wherever I go. There always out of stock on these for some reason. I had to wait over a year to get some in size 12. They go great with tight dark blue jeans

I ordered a size 9D as all my other shoes are size 9D. This shoe is I would guess 2 sizes too big. Will send them back and try a size 8D.

So I get these today that is the day I am writing this I put them on they feel fine a little slippery but otherwise fine weather is nice so I decide to go for a walk 30 to minutes I make a point not to go anywhere too rough I stick to my neighborhood sidewalks and other easy terrain I get home take my shoes off and sit a spell and get back up I walk over put my boot on and I notice it’s less slippery on my rug now I am pretty happy for this because I thought to myself I may encounter an issue somewhere along the line with that but my better senses take over and ask myself why the change so I look at the soles and much to my chagrin they are as pictured looking as I had them for a lifetime as opposed to less than 4 hours as another minor note the sides were scuffed All in all my expectations are not high I will keep the boots and perhaps search some remedy to at least prolong their destruction but I don’t think they will last long as the leather is something you’d see a child’s toy made of I would simply search elsewhere and perhaps go to the store physically so you can actually inspect the shoe yourself

Excellent fit and finish

Colour was way off, boot upper was not tailored good, the quality of these boots has gone south since I purchased these years ago, wouldn’t look at Florsheim again
