Great toothpaste for sensitive teeth
I’ve been really happy with this toothpaste. It has a clean, refreshing taste without being too strong, and it leaves my teeth feeling smooth and clean. I like that it’s fluoride-free, and it’s gentle on sensitive teeth and gums. The three-pack is a great value and lasts a long time. I would definitely purchase it again.

URGENT!!!! REALLY WORKS!!!! Fact ✔️
I was immediately convinced this would work due to its ingredients, I had a previous filling fallout. So I immediately requested he apply another filling while I was getting some other dental work done, and the dentist said there was no rush to install, A new filling, showed me a picture. It looked great still white no cavities. In the high definition, microscope photo he showed me,It almost look like the inside of a white Jacuzzi tub with molded seat, I had the rest of the work done and didn’t get to go back soon enough, and the tooth started to bother me when something sweet would hit that spot and I looked in the mirror and it was starting to turn a light brownish color, I had just heard about HA toothpaste, I did some research and this is what I found Hydroxyapatite = the SAME mineral your teeth are made of • Your enamel is mostly this material (like 70–97% of tooth structure) • So instead of adding a chemical… it’s literally rebuilding with the original material When you brush with nano-hydroxyapatite: • Tiny particles fill in microscopic cracks in enamel • Helps reduce sensitivity • Can make teeth look whiter naturally (smoother surface reflects light better) • Strengthens teeth against future damage so I ordered 3 pack Boka HA and on everything I love in three days of brushing for 2 minutes twice a day morning at night, do not brush your teeth with tapwater ever!!! It has more chlorine than a swimming pool, calcium lead, and other harsh chemicals that will take away the layer it’s going to build always use bottled water and do not rinse this toothpaste out of your mouth. Let it settle in and pack it into your molars and in between your teeth,it was completely healed and no sensitivity to sugar, hot or cold, it tastes great, and the fluoride free is the only way to go fluoride will destroy your tooth enamel, I gave the other two tubes to my kids and they love it, I am looking forward to less dental appointments for sure!!!!!

No cavity yet!
So my soon to be 19 year old hasn’t had a cavity so far. I will say she hasn’t always used Boka though but I wish she had been because though she just started using it and recently had her cleaning her dental hygienist actually said “great brushing!” Like “what??!” I can’t believe she’s talking to the same kid from 6mths ago lol Every time we come in they always tell her to brush better. Please floss and all that jazz. She really does need to brush and floss better. So I can tell ya that switching over to this toothpaste has already made a difference in how her teeth look!!! Yeah she hasn’t ever had a cavity because she rarely eats junk food and sticky food either. But the reviewer on here that says “Don’t use tap water because it has chlorine and it’s strips your minerals from your teeth like pool water. Only use bottled water”. Ummm, I hate to break to ya but 99% of bottled water is tap water. Unless it specifically says “spring water” it is municipal water collection in a bottle. I know because I’ve called and checked myself because I was curious. It’s basically pool water. I guess I don’t have to worry about that because I have well water then. No fluoride in my well water either. But back to the Boka toothpaste. The type of toothpaste it is makes a huge difference. It helps rebuild the enamel of the teeth. I wish I had found it years ago. Crest, Colgate and the like are are all promoted by dentist who profit patients with dental problems. They NEED you to have dental problems. The taste of Boka is mild and suitable for those who dislike string minty toothpaste.

Great Natural Toothpaste - Teeth Look the Best They Ever Have
I’ve reordered this many times — it’s become a staple for me. I love that it uses natural ingredients and nano‑hydroxyapatite instead of fluoride. Since switching to this toothpaste, my teeth genuinely look the best they ever have: smoother, cleaner, and noticeably healthier. The cinnamon‑mint flavor is mild and refreshing without being overpowering. It’s gentle on sensitive teeth and doesn’t cause irritation. I also appreciate that it leaves my mouth feeling clean without that harsh chemical taste some toothpastes have. The only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is the price — it’s a bit higher than regular toothpaste — but the results keep me coming back. Overall: a clean‑ingredient toothpaste that really works and keeps my teeth looking great.

Gentle and Great for Sensitive Teeth
This toothpaste leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh without irritating my sensitive teeth. It has a pleasant, mild flavor and isn't overly foamy. I like that it uses nano hydroxyapatite, and after using it regularly, my teeth feel smooth and my sensitivity has improved. Definitely worth trying!

Do your research on this, it’s great !
I bought this while I was pregnant because my gums were constantly irritated, bleeding, and my teeth had become so sensitive. Within a short time of using this toothpaste twice a day as directed, I noticed a huge improvement. My gums are healthier, the bleeding stopped, and my teeth feel stronger and much less sensitive. I love that it helps support enamel and makes my teeth feel better protected against cavities. The taste is very natural and grows on you after a few uses, and the packaging is adorable. One tube lasts a long time, making it well worth the price. This has honestly made a tremendous difference in my overall gum and tooth health, and I won’t be switching to anything else. And also, my toddler loves the mild minty taste too so it’s a win win.

Five stars for BOKA without hesitation.
I have tried a lot of natural toothpastes over the years and I can honestly say that Boka completely surprised me in the best possible way. From the very first use it felt like I had finally found a toothpaste that balances modern science with a clean ingredient philosophy. You will not be disappointed. The standout ingredient here is nano hydroxyapatite, which is the same mineral that naturally makes up tooth enamel. That immediately caught my attention because instead of simply masking dental issues it actually supports remineralization. After learning more about nano hydroxyapatite and how it interacts with enamel I felt confident giving this toothpaste a real trial. The texture is smooth and creamy and it spreads easily across the teeth. Some fluoride free toothpastes can feel chalky or thin but this one feels refined and well formulated. It produces a gentle foam that feels pleasant while brushing but never overwhelming. The flavor is another area where this toothpaste shines. It is refreshing without being harsh or overly minty. My mouth feels clean and balanced after brushing rather than blasted with artificial intensity. That subtle freshness actually lasts much longer than I expected. After about two weeks of consistent use I started noticing that my teeth felt smoother throughout the day. That polished feeling you normally get right after a dental cleaning lasted longer than usual. My teeth also appeared brighter which was a welcome bonus. Another thing I appreciate is the ingredient transparency. There are no questionable additives and it is completely fluoride free which is important for people who prefer alternatives that still support enamel health. Knowing that nano hydroxyapatite is widely used in advanced dental care products in other parts of the world made this even more compelling. The packaging is clean and modern and the tube dispenses easily without making a mess on the cap. It feels like a premium product from start to finish. What really impressed me is how well this toothpaste balances effectiveness, comfort, and thoughtful formulation. It manages to feel gentle while still leaving my teeth incredibly clean and refreshed. If you are looking for a high quality fluoride free toothpaste that focuses on enamel support and a healthier approach to oral care then I highly recommend giving this one a try. It has absolutely earned a permanent place in my daily routine and it is one of the few natural toothpastes I genuinely look forward to using every day.

Fresh Flavor and Clean Feeling — A Little Pricey
LThis toothpaste has a great flavor and leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed after brushing. The Ela Mint flavor is pleasant without being overpowering, and I like the fresh feeling it gives. The texture is nice, and it has become a good addition to my oral care routine. My only downside is that I find it a little expensive compared to other toothpastes. Overall, it’s a quality toothpaste with a great taste and refreshing clean feeling. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a fluoride-free option and don’t mind paying a little more.

Great
What I Love Effective Against Sensitivity & Enamel Weakness Boka’s use of nano‑hydroxyapatite (n‑HA) is a game changer. My teeth were pretty sensitive, especially along the gumline, and using this paste has noticeably reduced that discomfort. It feels like my enamel is stronger, with fewer “zings” when sipping cold drinks or air hits my teeth just right. Amazon Canada +3 NewMouth +3 Influenster +3 Natural, Clean Ingredients No fluoride (in certain formulations), limited harsh chemicals, more plant‑derived flavors — all of this appeals to me. The flavor options are interesting too: Ela Mint, Lemon Lavender, Coco Ginger, etc., and they’re milder or more nuanced than your typical super‑mint blast. Reddit +3 NewMouth +3 Amazon Canada +3 Good Whitening Over Time It doesn’t act like one of those aggressive bleaching pastes that irritate gums, but over consistent use, I’ve noticed my teeth are looking brighter. Surface stains from coffee and tea have faded. Influenster +3 NewMouth +3 Ubuy Canada +3 Fresh Feeling Without Over Powering Mint The after‑feel is clean, fresh, and not harsh. If you dislike extremely minty toothpaste, Boka strikes a good balance. Influenster +3 Target +3 Amazon Canada +3 Great for Whole Family There are kid‑friendly flavors, and many reviews say it’s gentle enough for use by people with sensitive teeth and gums. Parents like that it’s safer if swallowed (depending on flavor/formulation) and that there are options beyond strong mint for kids. NewMouth +3 Amazon Canada +3 Amazon Canada +3 Things to Keep in Mind (Why It’s Not a 6‑Star!) Not that anything is bad — just a few minor trade‑offs: Price: It’s more expensive than many standard mass‑market toothpastes. But in my opinion, the extra cost is worth the benefits. Amazon Canada +1 Foam / Texture: It doesn’t foam up as much or behave exactly like “regular” toothpaste. That might bother people used to strong foaminess. Target +1 Flavor is Subjective: Some people love the herbal/floral flavors (like Lemon Lavender or Coco Ginger), others find things like Ela Mint a bit unusual or “off” depending on their prior toothpaste experience. NewMouth +1 Overall Verdict If you’re looking for a toothpaste that: Helps with sensitivity Supports enamel health Uses more natural ingredients Offers gentle whitening …then Boka is definitely one of the best out there. This is my “go‑to” toothpaste now. I’ll keep using it, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting something gentler than the standard mint‑blast formulas but still very effective.

Lemon Lavender Subtle Taste, Improving gums Teeth sensitivity
** trying to buy again - where has this Flavour gone? 33.00??!! ** Super happy with this toothpaste so far. I am on a mission to heal my teeth/ gums: realising i have some gum recession/ weakness thinness at end of top front teeth. Happy that the taste is subtle, natural, mostly lemony and always look for a non-mint taste toothpaste. I'm combining using this toothpaste with also 1) an upgrade in my toothbrush (I now have an Oral B battery operated Toothbrush - the head is soft/med and the pulse on my gums is feeling helpful) - this battery brush is a significant upgrade to the one i was using from Boots which didn't give a pulse on/ massage to the gums and head had less contact with tooth/ was harder 2) a morning and evening practice of Oil Pulling with coconut oil and 1x drop of grapefruit essential oil organic. 3) a mouth rinse either homemade with pink salt/ celtic salt/ bicarb soda OR the Saraken/ Aloe mouth rinse. I've been with this routine for around 3 weeks now and already gums are much pinker, not bleeding (I feel this is mostly the oil pulling which i do for 10 - 20 mins 2x a day). And, i'm able to massage the gums with this new brush/ this toothpaste without any bleeding/ sensitivity. My teeth a feeling less sensitive and stronger. I'm also seeing the dentist/ hygienist to explore possible more 'cosmetic' composite filling for the teeth with exposed roots - possible invisalign treatment to make brushing easier (teeth a crowding together at the bottom - as they did when i had braces as a young girl/ woman). Toothpaste is pricey - the most i've spent on a toothpaste! - and so maybe i will combine this with making-up a toothpaste myself e.g. coconut oil/ bicarb soda sometimes or other toothpaste. And, do feel money well spent at the moment. Thank you to other reviews - the reviews re: the subtle taste and less tooth sensitivity helped me decide to buy. Only problem is it does taste so good need to make sure don't over brush my teeth!

First Time Using a Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste - Great Taste and Quality
I'd read an article about someone that had started to use a fluoride free toothpaste but who's dentist had noticed some thinning of the enamel. They switched to a Hydroxyapatite toothpaste and the dentist confirmed an improvement in their enamel. I was keen to try a Hydroxyapatite toothpaste after that. The toothpaste has a good quality feel in the mouth with a pleasant taste which isn't overly "toothpastey". I've noticed my teeth feel very smooth and clean to the tongue after brushing which seems to last longer into the day beyond the point were my teeth would start to feel a little "furry" with my old mainstream fluoride toothpaste. It is expensive though haven't compared it to any cheaper alternative so can't really deduct a star for that without comparison. I've not noticed any improvement yet in the sensitivity of my teeth or any other benefits but this is a very short term review which I'll update after I've used for a longer period
