Of Course it is made in China and packaged in the USA. Happy Belly Brand is a well known company in China. They have collaborated a deal with Amazon to partner up and be distributed on Amazon as an Amazon Brand. It's still the Happy Belly Brand with new packaging to list Amazon as the distributor. Remember Amazon is a distributor, not a manufacturer.

Reformulation is changing the ingredients while keeping taste, look… etc. To me, they tasted like the cookies McDonald’s hadBack in the 80’s

Look at the ingredients list on the Amazon site - you have to expand the thumbnail that shows the package back. Ingredients are below the nutritional panel. It clearly states eggs and may contain milk.
