The pad does it for you! They are awesome! You stomp it on the stain and then leave the pad down for 30 Min. and the pad absorbs the stain. I used it on old stains and it worked! **Q: Why does it say, 20 Pack, 2194, Count? How many do you actually get?** A: You actually get 20 individually wrapped pads. I love mine. Easy to use & helps when you need a quick clean up **Q: The instructions say to put the wet side down. Both sides are wet. Which side goes on the stain? These instructions are stupid.** A: The side with the plastic is not the side that goes down. You put your foot on the plastic and swoosh it over the stain.
