I was recommended this by someone else who has a standard poodle. Nothing else seems to brush our SP hair without pulling at the hair. Her hair is very fine and very often knots together. This didn't get all the knots out especially the ones to the skin, but it did help with the hair overall. It glided through the hair and I thought it wasn't brushing, but it did and after a few days of trying she will now lay still and allow me to brush her. I also used it on my long hair after having a shower and it brushed through my knots without any problems. I would definitely recommend this brush, it is gentle of the dogs skin and doesn't pull at their hair/fur. I also have arthritis in my hands and this was ok to use.

This brush is just amazing. I have a 9 year old Tibetan Terrier, and we keep him in long coat (it's daft to me, having a dog that's supposed to have long hair, and then have it shaved or cut short). I have always groomed him every other day, as his coat can get knotted easily. Brushing and combing him can take almost an hour some days, but with this brush, I've done him in 15 minutes. I was dubious that it would work at first, as it's very lightweight and springy, but it does a fantastic job. It makes grooming so much easier and pleasurable, even my dog seems to enjoy it more. I am going to order another one just to keep in stock, because I'm sure when everyone finds out how good and affordable this brush is, stocks will run down quickly.

Dog had just been clipped when I received this so won't see full benefits til his coat grows more, but he has let me brush him so may work. He hates being brushed or bathed.

I have tried every brush imaginable for my older, Romanian shepherd rescue dog. His coat is a bit like an Old English sheepdog. He wouldn't let me touch him with any brush (even a baby brush) until I tried this one. It has a spiral design which moves with body contours & though still not keen, he has let me brush him everywhere except legs & tail. The person who recommended suggested using with detangling spray to gently remove small matts & tangles. I'm thrilled to find a brush that my boy will tolerate as his coat gets in such a state, he has to be clipped every 6 months under anaesthetic! Hoping this could be reduced to once a year if I can increase his tolerance. Fantastic value; comfortable for me to hold (with arthritis) & comfortable for my boy.

Bought on a recommendation but it was as good as a tangle tease

I was hesitant to buy this at first as I use a wet pro brush usually and I thought it worked well and this one seemed expensive, however. I’m glad I did because it glides through my pekes double coat and gets right to the skin and removes tangles and knots. It’s not too rough and he lies there and let’s me which he doesn’t always with other brushes/combs so I’m sure he likes it. It’s a nice design and colour as well. I would buy this again ⭐️

My Cavapoo detests being brushed / combed and it is a battle to get a comb through him. He mouths at the comb /my hand and struggles to get away. We had to have his belly shaved as I couldn't work on knots there as je was so sensitive. We keep him groomed short now, bit it is still such an effort and he hates every second. Until this! I have brushed him 4 orn5 times with this brush, amd from the very first stroke, he sat and enjoyed every second! He let me brush him all over and then rolled onto his back presenting his belly to me! Within 5 minutes of brushing he fell asleep! The next day I tried again thinking it must have been a fluke or he was just super tired. But no, every single time he has just been so relaxed and happy. He goes all floppy and let's me brush every part of him, and has fallen asleep every time! I have still had to work out some knots with his comb - but hopefully now they are all gone, and he allows me / wants me to brush him every day, it won't get to that stage again where he has multiple knots. This brush is an absolute game changer. Even if it didn't brush him it would be worth every penny for his sheer pleasure! It leaves him feeling so soft also. I would definitely recommend giving this brush a go.

Seemed OK price-wise but I hoped it would do a better job of detangling of my kitty... I had to buy a more expensive one in the end.

Love this brush. Sooo much better than most slicker Brushes I’ve used. Worth buying for your kit.

I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to let everyone know that this brush is magical. My Pomeranians have always hated getting brushed and I have experimented and wasted a lot of money on many different brushes and combs until I found this brush. I am not kidding when I tell you that now my dogs will literally stand in line waiting to be brushed! One of them will fall asleep on my lap as I brush him. This brush is soft and does not pull on their hair the way other brushes do. It does de-tangle the knots and helps shed excess fur. I highly recommend this brush!
