Gator Frameworks 1-to-4 Mic Mount Bar with Standard 5/8-Inch Thread Suitable for Most Microphone Stands Boom Arms (GFWMIC1TO4)

This is a great product exactly as described. I have an isolation ball for vocal recording. I have 2 mics inside the ball. Before this mount, I’d need to position two mic stands, aimed in a precise angle to make that work. The stands would take up a lot of space, and the setup could easily be bumped out of place. This solves that. The mount sits firmly on one mic stand. The recordings sound great. I will use this to do multiple mics on an amplifier cabinet soon.

Grabbed the four mic instead of the two for spacing, as this one doesn't have slide grooves. It's well built. Sturdy. Nice hardware. Great buy. Excellent for boom mic set-up. Perfect for ASMR set ups!

Useful, inexpensive, light, wide multi mic bar. I'm using for straight-ahead spaced pairs miking a grand piano. Fixed mic positions may not work well for other configurations like x-y or ORTF, depending on mic length. Distance between center of attachment threads: mic 1 to mic 2 - 3.5"; mic 1 to mic 3 - 9.75"; mic 1 to mic 4 - 13.25"

I run a small sound reinforcement company and these worked great with the microphone stand for Congas and other Latin Percussion Instruments.

Sturdy aluminum bar. I modified it to attach an utility tray and moved the mic stand mount over a hole to improve balance and to support my configuration. The four mounts come with inserts which screw into standard mic fittings. Knobs are big which make tightening and loosening easier. Im using it to hold an Ipad, mic stand and tray. This allows me to have a very quick set up and maintain a very small footprint when playing on small tight stages. Works great!

The box arrived sealed and apparently unopened, and it lists ON THE BOX that there should be "4x 3/8 to 5/8 Mic Thread Adapters", but they were not present in the box. The actual quality of the stand seems fine, but I'm going to have to go out an buy replacement stand adapters to mount the microphones.

I needed this for our mics, we have several. It's nice and sturdy but does not come with mic clips and mic clips are very expensive, so if you don't have mic clips, it's better to buy a unit with the mic clips included.

Gator Frameworks' GFWMIC1TO4 quad microphone bar is very sturdy. The aluminum is 3/16 inch thick. I guess the metal gauge would be 7 or 8. All five holes are threaded 3/8-16. I've included a pic because I am using this in a way it is not intended for. I wanted to attach a microphone boom to a 7/8 inch overhead steel bar using a SmallRig crab clamp but found that it had barely adequate holding power for a boom extended out 48 inches using a mic weighing about one pound. So I attached four of these SmallRig crab clamps to the Gator Frameworks microphone bar and now it holds the microphone boom very securely. The Foto&Tech microphone adapter is attached to the centre hole using a 3/4 inch long bolt.
