Great item it works well, the longest reach you can get for the cost, it is made well, shipping is fast. The only thing is going to be storing it off season.The handles have to be taken a part, it is easy to do. I have a place in the front wall above the garage door. Thanks

Finally, we can avoid having 12000 avalanches every spring. We have steep roof, the house is about 25 feet high, so no way to get to the roof and remove show with a brush or shovel. With this thing, my husband brought down a huge portion of a snow that has already accumulated up there. The handle is wobbly, but since it's so long it is kind of expected.

Easy to put together, works well but the bolts of fell out into the snow on the 2nd use. Now I can't use it until I can find now ones.

Overall we like it and use it all the time. The biggest advantage is that it is the longest rake you can buy, second, it seems to be gentle on shingles and third, it is not heavy. However the quality of the product is not the best: the connections are pretty lousy and once the wide end of the rake is on the roof it gets disconnected from the rest of the handle and get stuck on the roof so before you use it for the first time you have to find another way to secure the parts.

I was disappointed with the rake. The tubular segments are held together with a very loose fitting spring tab. Even a small amount of twisting on the handle causes the segments to separate. I was lucky to. Be able to reconnect the segments and get it off the roof. I bought this to rake snow off my solar panels. I wanted to avoid and metal touching the panels. Very bad start. I would return it but it is too much effort. I will doctor it with duck tape. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

The rake doesn't seem to be durable. It appears to be suspect in cold weather. The plastic appears to be too thin. Time will tell.

Sturdy and easy to assemble, rubber guard on blade so you do not scratch the roof. Easy to use, did the job.

Seems sturdy, but had to cut ends of pole lengths with a hacksaw to get them to fit together properly.

We live where there is alot of snow and this roof rake has no problem pulling the snow off the roof ,has a rubber guard so it doesnt scratch your roof,we have a steel roof and works great
