Americans spend more than $11 billion a year on self-help products—everything from books to diet pills to career coaches to seminars. So why—with all this time, money, and energy being spent—are so few people living the life they really want? Why are millions of smart, talented, motivated people still going through life with one foot on the brake? Here's the real Secret: You don't need any more how-to-succeed information to reach your full potential. The problem isn't lack of motivation or lack of information. The real problem is that most people focus on the "how-to" aspects of success taught by traditional self-help programs, without coming to terms with what productivity expert Noah St. John calls your "head trash"—the subconscious, emotional roadblocks that prevent people from acting on their real hopes, dreams, and ambitions. In this groundbreaking book, based on work with thousands of clients around the world, Noah St. John has created a remarkable, step-by-step approach that helps you achieve long-term happiness, success, and wealth. In The Secret Code of Success , you will learn how to: Eliminate the causes of self-sabotage and fear of success Allow yourself to make more money Remove stress while dramatically increasing personal productivity Improve relationships with coworkers, family, and friends Experience enhanced feelings of happiness, connection, and love The Secret Code of Success shows that, when it comes to success, the conscious mind is exactly the wrong place to start. It's only when we first conquer the self-sabotage of our subconscious (which accounts for 90 percent of our behavior) that we can truly begin to enjoy a life filled with success. This insight is at the core of The Secret Code of Success and leads to Noah's revolutionary 7-step method for eliminating these psychological obstacles. True financial freedom and personal success is possible at last! The Secret Code of Success shows you how to get your foot off the brake and start living the life you deserve. Review: Finally, A Self-Help Book That Truly Delivers!! - Noah St. John has done a phenominal job on revealing what steps you need to take to succeed in life in a BIG way! When, I saw the book, I was a bit skeptical at first. The thoughts that raced through my mind were, "Not another self-help book." "Here we go again." But as I watched the video and read some of the other reviews, something about this book seemed to be different. I decided that maybe this guy has something worthwhile to say afterall. Thankfully, I made the decision to buy the book and read it. Noah talks about the false assumption that the traditional self-help gurus make in teaching their "How To Suceed" information. He also talks about the strategies that you can use today to immediately impact your peace of mind and your self-esteem. I am one of the people he talks about who has spent thousands of dollars over the years on seminars, books, audios and DVDs. While those investments weren't a total waste, they haven't helped me receive the results that I truly deserve. A great speaker once said, "You cannot change what you are not aware of." Well, Noah's book will provide you with such an awareness of where you are today, that it will be obvious what you need to do. This book was easy to read and the instructions are simple to implement. Review: The book is better than hiring a cleaning crew for your head trash! - Frankly, I ordered the book as the price for the author's Bookinar when the book launched. I did not know Noah; however, someone I trusted recommended his process. I also felt that it was a tiny investment for four, one-hour teleseminars featuring the author. The book arrived a few days prior to his event, and I was not just pleasantly surprised, I was thrilled. Besides being a good read, it took a slightly different approach to the age-old challenge of clearing out head trash. Rather than affirmations, Noah developed what he calls Afformations, which have proven so effective for me that I am now able to get more done in a shorter period of time. It may be the secret to finally changing my internal conversation about my personal success and worthiness. As a student of personal development, I have read most every book out there . . . at least I've tried to read them. The majority leaves me cold, and despite my commitment to get through them, most are set aside after laboring through the first third of the book. Noah's book is different. It is Noah's 3 degrees change in perspective, which makes the book unique. Noah's approach is brilliant in its simplicity. It will leave readers saying, "I can do this. Finally, I get it. I see how I can do it, right here, right now!" I highly recommend Noah's book. He gives readers the real life tools they can use on a regular basis to increase productivity and do some internal spring-cleaning. It's almost better than hiring a cleaning crew. You supervise the work while the crew does the heavy lifting! Thank you, Noah!

The book is better than hiring a cleaning crew for your head trash!

The book that finally delivers on the promises of an entire industry...
Have you read all the books, listened to all the audios, been to all the seminars... and still don't have the success that you want? This book has the answer. No, really. That's a pretty tall promise for a success program. And if you're the guy or gal who has read all the books, listened to all the audios, and been to all the seminars, you've undoubtedly been made that promise over and over again. This book is different. No, really. Let me give you a few examples of what I'm talking about. We all know (if I may give a shout-out to Earl Nightingale here) "we become what we think about," "thoughts become things" and, according to certain movies I could name, if you think about a shiny new bicycle REALLY HARD and for long enough, it'll just appear in your garage like magic. The problem is, we don't have as much control over our thoughts as we think we do. 90% of our thinking is on autopilot, buried deep in our subconscious minds. Most of it doesn't serve us as we try to make a change in our lives. Nobody really talks about this, because, you know, changing your subconscious takes quite a bit of conscious attention (and yes, WORK). But there's no getting around it: unless you clear out "the head trash," you'll be stuck forever. Noah can teach you how to clear out the head trash. Another one: Have you ever been told, "Just believe in yourself!"? There's just one problem: we DON'T believe in ourselves (see head trash, above). That's why you must, must, MUST find someone who believes in you more than you do. This is not optional. This one really hit me hard because I've seen it in my own life. I've been blessed with incredible friends and family for my entire life. But it wasn't until my husband came along and held that place of believing in me - EVERY DAY, ALL DAY LONG - that my subconscious finally started to "get it"... and my life is shifting dramatically. Thanks to my Loving Mirror (as Noah calls 'em), I am living my life purpose every day, the kind of massive success I want is starting to come, and I'm consciously planting seeds for more success over the next couple of years, and beyond. I know without a doubt that I would STILL be turning my wheels without that kind of Loving Mirror support that my husband provides. That's why I know what Noah says is true: if you don't have a Loving Mirror, you have to get one. Luckily, he shows you how to find a Loving Mirror and set up the systems of support you need in every area of your life. Another one: "Setting your goals" is all fine and good, but what if they're someone ELSE'S goals? Noah shows you how to get back in touch with what you really want - removing a huge block you probably didn't even know you had. You can see why this book is worth your money, and more importantly, worth your time. But I haven't even mentioned the crown jewel yet... Noah's system of Afformations is simply brilliant. (Note: I do NOT use the word "brilliant" lightly, but there's no other word for it.) Afformation questions get your mind working FOR you, not against you, in the most simple, elegant, effortless way. For that tool alone, I hope he becomes a billionaire. A longtime practitioner of inner work and self-development, I have, in fact, heard some of these concepts before. But never so elegant and accessible as this. That's why I will be recommending The Secret Code Of Success to all of my clients, students, and writing colleagues going forward. Thank you, Noah!

Very helpful
I heard about afformations in the Hay House summit, and wanted to know more about that technique. Nom I use it every day and the results are beginning to show up. Forget about material stuff, it's a brand new and positive way to use your thoughts! Thank you, Noah.

"What if there really was a Code for Success?"
What if there was a recipe or Code for Success? Funny as I write this I consider the Art of Cooking. There are short-order cooks, and their are gourmet chefs. They all use the same ingredients, food-yet with their processes one offers a meal, the other an experience. Noah's perspective of "Shelf Help," very insightful. He covers why there are no shortcuts, or more about why short-cuts don't work. I noticed some folks didn't enjoy the book, but I found it very interesting that Noah suggested that it be read at least twice more to capture the experience he has woven, even as a tapestry, has many threads and requires a tight weave to be of value. His concept of "Afformations" I find very interesting. I am a coach/mentor and have found that performance often rarely is a capability issue, but a response-ability issue. Response in the form of what they look for, what they look at and they look to do with what they see. I purchased his book but my first run at this was listening on Audible, I found it entertaining and kept me interested as I learned his message. I will purchase "Afformations" in the next day or so. I will be very interested as I have studied Shad Helmstetter's work which I have found a bit on the dry side comparatively. Thanks Noah, good work. Eric Harmon

Probably the last self-help book you'll ever need....
Perhaps I'm just an iconoclast, but one of the best things about this book is that Noah shows why the typical "self-help" advice, from affirmations to goal-setting, don't work. (They are, however, good for getting people to buy lots of "shelf help" as he terms it--information that stays on the shelf because it doesn't work, it's boring, or doesn't fit who you are.) Noah invented some clever but very useful terms that make sense, such as "afformations," questions based on what you want that force your brain to come up with the answers and create the reality you want because that's the way your brain works. Another thing I like is that the book is systematic. There are seven steps that build on each other. And Noah does not promise either instant success or success without work. You have to DO what he says. He lives in the real world, where you have to take action in order to make things happen. (Seems obvious, but "Law of Attraction" advocates seem to suggest that all you have to do is desire and you will attract.) The book is very clearly written with no fluff. (Though it's anything but dry. I love the conversations tone and humor. You really get a sense of his personality, in a good way.) It's easy to read because of the excellent interior design. He also uses excellent analogies/illustrations to get his point across. For instance, the analogy that we can't directly perceive our own eye color apart from a mirror or someone else telling us is brilliant. He uses this to talk about the importance of "loving mirrors" but the idea that we can't really know who we truly are by "looking inside" again runs counter to a lot of popular "spiritual" and self-help advice, but rings true to real life and the crucial role of relationships to our success. My husband and I are working on the book together, and I'm looking forward to it not only increasing our success, but improving our relationship. It's already deepening our communication. Also, I've been using afformations for a while and it's amazing what happens. As an aside, the author in me was fascinated by how he allowed the reader to continue the relationship with him. (So fascinated that I interviewed him for one of my "great author promotions" teleseminars.) He also did a "bookinar" based on the book that allowed people to dig into the book and experience it in a different way--which is the way the world is heading.

You Get Out What You put In
It is an interesting book and you need to do the exercises or you minimize the value. I am still working my way through it. I didn't need the gimmicky new word "affirmation" and I still have a hard time seeing the difference between saying "I am successful" and "Why am I successful?" Nothing changes in my current situation in either case. However the exercises make a person think and give good tools to help develop a support system and method for continued success. The only drawback I found was the author continues, throughout the book to point out how this system is better than the competition. It is distracting, I got it in the introduction and the first chapter and.... I would say it is worth reading.

What is an AFFORMATION and why do they work?
Are you seriously ready to take your foot off the brake? This book is for you! Have you been studying success and still haven't figured it out? Noah St John's information has had a powerful positive impact on many of clients. It is a simple and easy to follow 7 step formula for success -- The Secret Code of Success contains the missing piece! As I read this book I kept thinking that Noah was somehow sitting on my shoulder. I found myself nodding my head in agreement with his words - saying 'yes' and, "WOW how did he know that?" Asking powerful questions is NOT a new idea. In Fact, it is how the mind works! Asking powerful questions instead of making statements you don't believe IS a new success technology! Afformations continue to work for me. Noah's style is friendly, funny and simple. Once introduced to this new technology to achieve success; and employing it; you will see immediate results! What are you waiting for? Order this book today -- you will be glad you did!
