I use it in a PC that is located downstairs, while my router is located upstairs. Many other products have not work well or not received a very strong signal downstairs, primarily I think because of their short antennas or the fact that they are located behind the computer and cannot be placed on top like this one is.The only very small knock I will give this product is that the installation CD for the driver does not have the product listed on the label of the CD. I ordered a few different Wi-Fi adapters at the same time and it became very confusing to tell the discs and the drivers apart and match them up with the installation instructions. I eventually was able to figure this out, but a little bit of clarity in documentation or a label on the CD installation media would've gone a long way.That says absolutely nothing to how well this product works! I get a full five bars and a very stable connection.
