I really enjoyed this item and would highly recommend this. I got it as a gift for my three year old daughter. I was unhappy when I opened it some of the pieces do come off when you open it but overall there are plenty of lights and not noticeable. when you take it out of the package it is clustered together and may take some time to form a full orb. i had to adjust some of the lights to make it orb shaped like you see in my pictures. you just simply bend them outward but don't bend them too far because they do break it is thin and all. It's bright and beautiful I have no issues with it so far other than when I first opened it I think this is an amazing item my daughter loves it I even got myself one. it's very satisfying and relaxing to look at and play with. I love it's flow. good for kids and adults, parties, and decor, mostly just used as a night light but again would highly recommend money well spent.

I bought these lamps more than a toy than a decoration, as I knew that my kids (almost 2 and 7 year old) would like them. I was totally right! The lamps are very simple to put together (just insert the fibers into the lamp base) and run out of batteries. The light is visible both at the base of the fibers (since part of it is not coupled to the fibers), plus the dots at the end of each of the fibers. The lamp continuously changes color, and most of the time has more than one color, giving a nice feeling. When we look at them in the daylight, they are not very visible, but in a dark room it really stands out. Overall, both of my kids have had a lot of fun playing with them in a dark room and blowing, shaking, etc. the lamps to play with the light (I leave a photo to show the cool effects we made with it). Despite the torture, they have survived very well, just losing a few threads after 3 days of play.

I wish the light was a little brighter. It mainly appears at the top of the fibers, which makes it a little hard to enjoy from afar or if you are sitting. The visual is much better up close and if you are standing over it. That would be my only "complaint". Having said that, it seems to be pretty good quality. It's very pretty. I gave one to my Grandma and she LOVES it. She uses it as a nightlight.

I have ordered a total of FOUR of these lamps because I don't want to ever be without one. They make beautiful fiber optic lamps but I use them more for LIGHT THERAPY. If you gently remove the fiber optics from off the lamp and turn the lamp on, bright swirls of colorful light will glow in a circular pattern on the ceiling or wherever you choose to point the light. The closer the lamp is without the fiber optics in place to whatever you are pointing it at, the brighter and more vivid the light colors. It is very relaxing and beautiful to watch the lovely colors and calms the mind, especially before bedtime. Don't stare into the light when the fiber optics are removed because it is seriously bright. I honestly believe this therapy has helped my health and mood because both have improved since using these lamps! These are inexpensive lamps that bring a lot of joy! I shine two together on the ceiling and get wonderful results. It is inexpensive light therapy for me, especially during these cloudy winter months. Don't hesitate to make yourself feel better!

These were not as nice as the ones I purchased in the past. I had to find a break them and reshape them to get them to splay out properly and I'm still not 100% satisfied. I only use them for my camping trips and they'll move around in the breeze anyway I'm just disappointed with the spray lights.

I love these little lamps but sadly only one worked out of the box. But the one that does work is so cute and a great gift. The fibers for the broken one can be put top of any light and will give a great effect so i just made a DIY lamp with that one for my daughter to play with.

This set of 2 looks really pretty displayed in the front living room window. Casts a mesmerizing glow in the room. Very nice.
