I’ve been using this set for seven months, and it held up perfectly. Both tools feel sturdy and well-balanced, with just the right amount of weight to give a solid, professional feel when cooking. The build quality is excellent — no rust, bending, or wear even after months of regular use, and they still look as new. The wooden handles are smooth, well-finished, and comfortable to grip, even during longer cooking sessions. Cleaning is effortless, and no water seeps into the handle area. The set arrived nicely packaged in a fabric bag, which gave it a premium first impression. These tools are sturdy, shaped well, have comfortable handles, are just the right size for a 14" wok (or an alternative like the OXO 12 inch "wok" that I've switched to), and have a good weight and balance. As a bonus, with their black finish and cherry wood colored handles, they look very nice. I really like them—hence, five stars. But I do think the manufacturer could improve them in one respect. The edges of the working ends of the scoop and the spatula are about ½ mm thick, which is fine, and the corners of the edges are kind of sharp. They aren't rounded off. So the tools left scratch marks in the patina of my wok. This didn't affect how the wok cooked, but the scratch marks were quite visible and kind of annoying. I blunted the sharp corners myself with my Dremel tool. I think this is a finishing step the manufacturer should take care of.

These worked great. Very sturdy. I especially love the spatula as it fits in my wok perfectly. I should have grabbed these sooner. Highly recommend.

They came wrapped and in a nice pouch. The ladle and spatula seem well made with wooden handles, but light enough to manoeuvre around the wok easily when cooking. Exactly what I was hoping for.
