The controller was great. It had hall effect sticks to avoid stick drift (99% of the reasons controllers stop working) but after a while, the sticks were great, BUT one of the buttons started to randomly fail or stick. Thankfully, this wasn't a major concern as all I had to do was spend like, 5 minutes in chat with Asurion, they sent me a return label, I packaged it up, sent it out with UPS and later in the same day UPS picked up the package I got a gift card for the full amount of the controller (minus taxes) emailed to me. Honestly, you couldn't ask for a better outcome.
