Can these be adhered to the inside of the glass facing the led bulb? i would like these for a bathroom vanity where humidity may be an issue.

Yes they sure can. If the build is NOT LED based then you need to make sure the temperature is not hotter than 205 degrees F but this is highly unlikely even if the build is incandescent. Never place our products directly on Incandescent Lightbulbs as their surface is way to hot.

I have three vanity led g25 bulbs, each 40 watt because that's the lowest LM I can find... can this go on the bulb?

If those bulbs re LED based and they do not get hotter than 205 degrees F then yes. But putting a flat sheet on essentially a sphere will result in wrinkles because of physics.
