TUCKS Medicated Cooling Pads 100 Each

Best purchase ever for postpartum! My manager had recommended I buy this for after giving birth for either natural or C-section. It is a must have in your house after giving birth. Help relieve all the itchiness and uncomfortableness of "down there". The hospital gave me some witch hazel, which is essentially what these are, but I ran out of the supply they provided and was thankful to have had these on hand to give me relief! I healed very nicely and didn't have any urges to scratch at my stitches.

The nurses at the hospital gave me the first jar of these as part of my dressing after I have delivered my daughter, and when I ran out later, I ordered another on Amazon. I didn't have hemorrhoids but that might be because I used these from the get go. More importantly, like only a woman who's delivered a baby naturally would know, down there can be mighty tender after delivery and these things really take the edge off if it all. I mean, I don't mean to gross anybody out, but these things saved my life. They're medicated, cool, and specifically for down there, so no worries! I'll be requesting them when I deliver my next kid!

If you suffer from hemorrhoids these pads are a must. They are ideal to have in your bathroom after stools. After your last wipe with toilet paper, wipe with one or two of these to prevent/relieve itching or burn. I also recommend the tucks cream as a last addition. I did have to subtract one star. Tucks really dropped the ball when it comes to packaging these pads. They should add a seal because every time I order one it comes in leaking. I received one order where the pads were practically dry because all of the medication spilled during transit. However, the medication is great. Feels great after every stool. No more burning. Or so I've been told...

So...yeah...hemorrhoid pads... I know, not the most exciting product on Amazon, right? But, when you need it, it's better to buy anonymously online rather than get judged by your local Rite-Aid cashier! Isn't that what the internet is for? Anonymously buying embarrassing things? Really, once you start buying tampons/condoms/romance novels online, you'll never go back! I recently had a baby, and my midwife suggested these for post-baby hemorrhoids and general tearing/swelling. That sentence makes you want to have babies, right? Anyway, these little things were amazing. I actually kept them in the fridge, and when they were cool, they were like wonderful little icepacks on my sore parts. I may not be the target user of these pads, but i'm certainly a satisfied customer. Also, I hope to never buy or need these again.

Good product. Only problem I had was that it came void of any type of liquid. It spilled as it was delivered somehow and leaked through the box. The cap was on, too, and there were no cracks/holes. So I don't know how that happened, but it did. :(

My wife used these after taking some advice from a labor and delivery nurse. They made the healing process after birth much more bearable. They are smaller, and round in size and shape, as they are marketed as hemorrhoid medicine. This wasn't a huge deal, as she just had to use a few in order to cover the affected area. Looking at the reviews and speaking to other nurses, many woman do turn to these as relief for labor healing, so it would be nice if they started to design some that are a little longer in coverage to fit within a pad.

I love these tucks medicated pads great for hemorrhoilds and for itching butts which I have and have used these pads for a long time. so. did my mom she swore by them so do i.in fact I just got a new jar of them in the mail today. I told my sister in law about them on the phone today she said she wanted to get some for my brother who has hemorrhoilds and I think they will help him a lot. bless his heart. I may order another jar for him when he comes to see me I can tell him about them and let him take them home with him to try I think he will really like them like I do.

This product works wonders...or so at least it feels like it anyways. Just had baby #2 and used this product for both my pregnancies-- mostly for post-partum care. Let me tell you, it will make you feel a bit better and relieved despite how crappy you may feel during those moments. This product sure helps with hemmoriods and post delivery care (especially if you tear or have an episiotomy done). It offers soothing, cooling, anti-itch and anti-inflammatory care. I've made it a habit to buy this among my baby shower gifts. Doesn't hurt to try it!

Prepare for a bit of TMI. I'm pregnant and - surprise - ended up with a large external hemorrhoid (just under 2 cm protrusion). I tried Preparation H, which has helped before pregnancy, but it wasn't adequate this time. Instead, I was seeing better results with these pads. At the worst point, I was wadding them up and leaving them in my crack. They're technically supposed to be a compress, so I figure that's the intended use. This method was pretty effective, even though it was a bit uncomfortable to sit in damp underwear. Now, I use them as wipes to reduce the amount of irritation my poor butt has to endure. I also wipe even if I don't have a bowel movement and try to push the hemorrhoid back into my butt (I think the pressure is supposed to be helpful for reabsorption). Note: I also found that it was absolutely necessary to keep taking my Biogaia ProTectis probiotic in order to reduce the pressure down there. The pads would not have been enough on their own, but boy did they help. The Tucks and Biogaia are a very effective combination. I bought two 100-packs because I anticipate that these pads will also be great for posy-partum care. I keep one in each bathroom so that they're always easily accessible.
