The product itself is of good quality. Came well packaged and on time. I needed to hang one of them on my telephone wires that run across my driveway and it seems to actually keep the flock at bay. However, the first windy day seems to have neutered my the big owl as the "jingle balls" disconnected and flew down the block. Now a couple of strong willed and curious sparrows tend to perch a few feet away from the owl with quizzical looks on their faces, but they are out of range to depth charge my vehicle, which is fine by me.
