Great for adding to juice, tea, mineral water, sauces, and cheap ginger ale. If you love ginger you can not get enough.

This was my first large quantity buy of ginger juice, so that tells you my faith in it and it exceeded it. Not to cut to the chase but if this taste this great which it does I can only imagine what the organic one taste like. I've cooked with I've brewed tea with it, and it is absolutely high quality straight ginger juice. 99% Pure Ginger Juice name is just that. Enjoy!!! Ps... gonna try shots with Mango nectar next. The bottle came undamaged, the size is perfect amount for a single person using for medicinal and cooking purposes, and the amount spent is clearly a bargain.

This is so spot on for adding into dishes and drinks that I would usually put dried ginger powder in. It is bursting with fresh flavor. Just shake it and add it in. I do recommend dividing it into smaller jars and even considering freezing it to help it last longer. I didn't use it up fast enough before it expired and plan to do the above mentioned plan with my next order.

Most people know the benefits of a ginger shot, so I'm not going to repeat what allot of reviews have already said, but I will leave a precautionary warning: don't drink this on an empty stomach. I did once, and it made me throw up within 10 mins. A few days later had my usual shot before bed on a (nearly) empty stomach, and it made me feel that queasy feeling you tend to get before vomiting, but I quickly had a couple more bites and things calmed down. As I do have a bit of an ongoing issue with the entirety of my digestive system, (part of why I started taking ginger shots before bed) it could be just me, but throwing this warning out there in case I can spare anybody else the unpleasant consequences of having this w/o food being in your belly. And the taste/strength is quite strong, so for those of you who aren't used to the taste of ginger, it's prob a good idea to dilute it a bit until you can drink it straight.

The health benefits of taking a shot of ginger juice is helpful to your organs. The taste is alittle tart, but I mix mine with fresh oranges/juice and Lemons. For the size of the jug you get quite the amount that lasts a few days

True price higher than in US for apparently identical product. Quality appears same pre-opening. Great but the price just went up again and it's no longer sold by Amazon. Maybe it's harder than I thought to juice ginger.

Expensive but my soups rock! Also good for if you drink a little ginger lemon water in the morning so you’re now cutting ginger. On my 3 bottle in as many years.

I enjoy this ginger juice I use it in water as a flavour, in cake batter, vegetables, all sorts of uses especially if I’m sick I like having it as it wards off nausea and it makes me feel warm.

I've loved the flavour of ginger for quite a few decades now -love ginger jam, ginger-pear marmalade, ginger beer (non-alcoholic version), and various chutneys that include freshly grated ginger. I find the flavour to be superior to the dry/grated stuff you get in the grocery store!
