LED Ceiling Light, 24W, High Lumen 2200LM, Waterproof IP54, Daylight White 5000K, Energy-Efficient, Bathroom, Kitchen, Bedroom, Porch, Flush Light with Long Lifespan

In the last week (early January 2023) I have had to replace three old "D type" flourescent fittings with these units and they are a much better light and significantly brighter too. More pure white/daylight white than the old warm white flourescents, but that is a good thing in a barthroom. I've only had them installed couple of days, but so far so very good. If they start to cause any problems later I will amend this review. Installation is quite straight foreward but here's a tip: the light fitting fits over a metal bar that attaches to the ceiling, the unit is light enough so that simply using the supplied wallplugs and screws in plaster board works well and no need to hunt for a joists to get a decent fixing. Then the fittng itself attaches to the metal bar with two small screws. They are a bit fiddly and it helps immensely if you first screw them into the bars a couple of times to make them less stiff when you come to mount the fitting itself. I did this before I installed the metal bar and it made mounting the fitting much easier. So, if you want a new LED round light fitting I very much reccomend this unit.

I bought this for my garage to replace an old fluorescent tube light that was just gopping electricity. This unit took 10 minutes to fit, 8 minutes of which was removing the old light. A simple two wire block connection and a couple of screws and it was up. It is brighter than my older light, it seems to use about 5% of the electricity that my old light used too!! I must have wasted ££'s over the last couple of decades by leaving my garage light switched on and never realised. I do now. :-) I can opt to leave this on, or switch it off and either way it costs me fractions of a penny rather than £'s . I can see better too - where is any bad?

Bought when on a deal. The build of the main body is cheap and cheerful, but equally not poor quality for the price range. Easy to fit. The light is surprisingly bright, the rated 2000 lumens seems right. I would say this is maybe too bright for being used where you may end up looking towards the light directly (ie low ceilings or wall fittings), but the spread of light is reasonable. Having only just purchased I can't say what the durability is like.

The Solmore light is as described and is still working after two weeks use hence hopeful of a long life. With an existing flat surface and two mains wires (live and neutral), the light is easy to install. The supplied bracket screws to the ceiling and connects to the main wires. The light itself then simply slides onto the bracket. The light is indicated as 5000 K which means it gives a fairly harsh white light. While this is fine for a bathroom or possibly a kitchen, it may be undesirable for a living area such as a lounge, dining room or bedroom. The light is relatively small (230 mm diameter) hence at 2200 lm, quite intense. It was bought to replace a 24 W, 1500 lm Sylvania SylCircle light which was 380 mm diameter and had been installed over an existing rose fitting. Hence, for ease of installation, the new Solmore light was fitted inside the Sylvania light diffuser.

This is a great and simple designed light, the install is very clever, you fit a small connection block to your ceiling or wall, and wire this into the power supply. There are 2 press fir connections to aid this . Then the main light body just slides onto the connection block and clicks I to place. The light output is great its very bright and a very white light it would be ideal for bathrooms hallways garages ectbut not for cosy feel as you want a warmer color light. Ovr all a decent product

As a result of installing an electric up and over garage door, I needed to relocate the light in my garage to a location that's not central, meaning I'd need a brighter light to light up the extremities. I'd done some research and came across this light and decided to give it a go. I am very impressed with this light. Without question, it's THE easiest light fitting I've ever installed. It's a very bright light and easily lights up the other side of the double garage. I'm that impressed by this light that I've just ordered another one for the attic.

Surprisingly excellent! I just wanted a cheap light until I could look for a good one, but this one is amazing, especially for the price! Really bright, clean white light, easiest install I've ever done. If I do replace it for a fancier looking light, this one will certainly be used elsewhere. Materials are fairly cheap plastic, but it is overhead and not a focal point, so really not a problem. Time will tell if it stands the test of time, but given I paid over £100 for the previous light which lasted less than 3 years, it is surely value for money! Highly recommend.

Simple to fit producing a pleasant bright light. Fitted in our bathroom, we used the chrome effect ring to match our fittings. We have had this fitted for over a year with any problems. I can happily recommend this fitting for quality and am pleased with the price.

La plafoniera è molto carina e leggera. Si compone di due parti. Una parte, è la slitta con i contatti che va fissata al soffitto; l'altra parte, è la lampada con plafoniera annesa (inseparabili). La slitta si collega al soffitto mediante due stop forniti. Personalmente avevo già i buchi fatti e dato che non corrispondevano con i fori della slitta, ho fissato la stessa solo uno stop, tanto è talmente leggera che reggerà cent'anni. I contatti non utilizzano i morsetti a vite ma quelli a molla, a mio dire più pratici ma più delicati. Una volta collegati i fili dal soffitto dentro i forellini dei morsetti, si fa scivolare la plafoniera dentro la slitta. Durante questa lavorazione si potrebbe incontrare qualche problema... facilmente risolvibile. A meno che non abbiate un soffitto liscio come il marmo, far scivolare la plafoniera dentro la slitta, raso al soffitto, vi richiederà parecchio tempo. Una soluzione semplice può essere quella di mettere un piccolo distanziatore di plastica tra il soffitto e la slitta (basta un millmetro) così da avere il gioco necessario per far entrare nella sede la plafoniera con un attimo. Ich hatte das Pech das die Lampe kaputt geliefert wurde ! Nach Kontakt mit der Firma habe ich ohne weitere Probleme oder meckern eine neue Lampe geschickt bekommen . Die Lampe leuchtet für mein bedarf sehr hell und die Montage ist für jeden Leihen einfach , das Stecksysthem ist super ! Ein Lob an die sehr freundliche Firma und ein großes Dankeschön ! Super produit. Compatible toute pièce car discret. Éclairage puissant sans éblouissement. Pose très simple et rapide avec système très ingénieux de bloc à fixer et ensuite on glisse le luminaire. Poids très faible donc fixation légère. En bref, après 3 achats, je suis très satisfait.
