My bottle arrived crushed. I cut my finger reaching in the bag. The seller is not at fault. This is a great product! The person packaging it at the factory decided to put it in a soft envelope. I will be calling for a new bottle asap.

I thought I was buying bone support so didn't use these for a while. I've started applying a few drops topically on wrists and other chronic pain areas. I use with DMSO and do feel that this product may be helping with joint pain but a little too soon to say how much.

2/16/2025: Product arrived w/solid chunks in the dropper & a huge solid while rubbery ball submerged in a clear liquid inside the bottle , I’m assuming the silica has separated & solidified. Not sure because this is my first time ordering the Joint Support. I usually order the MSM which is exactly the same as this but without the silica. At any rate… This is not what I paid for, & I can’t use it. I’m sure this bottle is defective because my mother ordered the same Joint Support from here & it was fully liquid with no solid floaters like this one. I’m waiting on the seller to respond to my replacement request, the notification said I should give them 2 days to respond. I purchase here often, hopefully they will replace with no problem. I’ll update whenever I hear back. :-) 2/17/2025 UPDATE: I 1st contacted the seller. The seller replied to me promptly within a day & said they could not send any replacement or refund, & I would have to take my issue directly to Amazon since Amazon shipped it. I then chatted with an Amazon bot that connected me to chat with a live person. They asked my issue & I let Amazon know I just wanted a replacement for my defective item, but was told that wasn’t an option for my item due to the return policy. I was instead issued a full refund during the chat which I was told will process in 3-5 business days, & I’ll just have to re-order the item on my own. I am satisfied with the refund from Amazon & will try to order the joint support again. I am hopeful that the Joint Support won’t be defective next time. :-)

I really like this product and helps with my joint pain

I use this product daily. It works great for me. However, the last 2 times I got it, it was broken when I got it. The last time it was sent in a padded envelope. It’s a glass bottle. I will have to find another product if they can’t ship it correctly. FRAGILE.

I was hopping this would help with my knees and back. It didn't. Did not come packed very secure either. However, I do love that I'll get to reuse the glass dropper. It's nice.
