Nice stamp, easy to use. Plastic isn’t thin or fragile so I expect it will last a good while.

The stamp does not come with any instructions, just in its Ateco packaging. The plastic seems sturdy and it left a good imprint in my bread dough. Easy to clean.

Great for forming kaiser rolls when you don't want to form them by hand
I've learned how to tie and form kaiser roll dough, but I'm not consistent. I prefer my rolls a predictable and reliable shape, so I bought this stamp. My first go I didn't press hard enough, another batch I pressed to hard. Finally I have figured just the right amount of pressure. So it make take time to learn, but you will learn much faster with this tool and you will get consistently shaped rolls. The stamp feels substantial, too. I love it.

Works as expected, but breaks easily.
I purchased this a while ago and it worked well, until I dropped it and broke of the handle. I would not purchase this again or any plastic one for that matter because of this. I did, however, glue the handle back on and have continued using it for about 2 months making 2 dozen kaisers every week. If you don't mind gluing the handle back on with food grade glue, go ahead and purchase.

Excellent Kaiser press!
I've been making my kaisers by hand and wanted to try a press to save time. I did not research the press before buying but came across this one and it looked okay. MUCH BETTER THAN OKAY! This is made of durable plastic, not at all fragile and does an EXCELLENT job of pressing the rolls. Definitely happy with this purchase!

Very easy to use with good results.
I used this Press about 3 times so far and was very happy with the results. It eliminates the hard work of rolling out a rope of dough and tying a knot. I sprayed the underside of the Press before pressing down, this prevented the impressions from filling in while the kaiser roll was in the final rise. None of the kitchen stores here stock this product but was happy to find it on Amazon.ca who delivered this item in a couple of business days. Recommended as a practical shortcut.

Expensive for what it is, but it works.
Bought “the Breadmakers Apprentice” (great book) and they have a great kaiser roll recipe. This press worked really well. I’m sure this device costs mere pennies to make, but options are limited and this one was easy to buy on Amazon. I’m making a lot of kaisers, so this was worth it for me.
