I want to give this 3 stars. But if I do my review might not be seen for others to know. This did not fit in my portafilter. I’m kinda mad because I opened it and I tried it out and I can’t use it. The size is of the smaller tampers. And it is good quality but it’s just sitting on my counter collecting dust. It barely goes into the top of the portafilter and gets stuck so I have to yank it out and grounds go flying. I’m going to eventually get another espresso machine and hopefully it’ll work for the new portafilter.

I love how this came to me. It was well packaged. I can tell a lot of care was put into this. The tamper works great. I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I used it. I have a tamper on the side of the espresso machine at home, but it’s not easy to use or ergonomic like using this little tamper. On top of being easy to use, it’s easy to take apart and clean when you want. The wood is ergonomic and light. It’s precisely engineered/manufactured. I’m sure this will last a very long time because of the quality. I also love the mat it comes with so I have a place to put things. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs these items. The milk frother pitcher is very clean looking and I also needed that to pour the milk after using my nozzle. I kept making small spills using a mug. The spout helps a lot.

The tamper is a game-changer for espresso making. Detachable wooden handle makes for an ergonomic and easy to clean product that I can reccomend for all beginners and Delonghi espresso machine owners. The milk frothing container is also high quality and very clean stainless steel. It allows for very quick and efficient frothing, as well as being controlled enough to allow for decent latte art (if you don't suck like I do lol). Overall, very worth the money

Work great for our morning cappuccinos, the pitcher holds enough milk for 2 to 3 drinks and the tamper feels hefty and high quality.

All the items in that kit are perfect, I bought it a couple of years ago and its quality is intact, if you love coffee and have the machine, don't think about it.
