Its from New Jersey actually. A company called "Owl Prime Designs LLC". The brand is called Owl Tools and is trademarked in Delaware. Almost every western brand product is manufactured in China. Like Dewalt or Craftsman. Its built over there, but the design is purely American.

Do you sell individual Hex Bits?

No, sadly. I didn’t need all of these bits but it was worth having them as I’ve used more than what I would have purchased around my house

Can I use then in a DeWalt impact drill?

The top answer is very misleading. You 100% can use these in a DeWalt impact drill. The picture of the item literally shows it being used in a drill.
