Two things, you can not change the order of the pill boxes. I wanted my AM to show first then PM but you can't move them even though they come apart. Secondly, there is no wk day and wkend alarm. Just 4 alarms. I don't get up as early on my days off so was wanting to set those days an hour later however you can. They do lock down, and open decently and it's fairly easy to use.

I have a memory like a vault..I can put things in it, but can't remember where I put the combination, so I need reminders to help me out. This pill box alarm concept is good, the 15 compartments for 7 day 2 alarms daily, and an extra box for storage is common in meds. Containers. HOWEVER, the alarm on the particular one I have of this med box has an Alarm so low and weak that I have missed alarms several times. Just room noise will completely block out the alarm alert. YES, I have changed the batteries out more than once, but it didn't improve the volume. I now have my phone set as a backup alarm , but I shouldn't have to do that if the alarm I paid for was just a lot louder. As I stated, the concept is good, but the weak alarm has me searching for a different med box with alarm. No, I can't say this has been reliable for me.

This pill box is the best, it brings every day selected and in the afternoons and mornings, the best thing is that it brings option for 3 alarms that you can astral as it suits you, I bought it because my mom is banned from the schedules to take her medication and with this pill box we solve it, it is a good option

Continue reading to understand why it was returned, The instructions that come with it are poor; I had to ask Amazon for the full instructions. The design idea and intention is good. It's just very bad in reality. It's very poor quality. The good news is the days are movable. The bad news is the days fall off easily. The alarms are easy to set up. However, the alarm is so low it can only be heard if the pill box is next you and you are waiting for the alarm to go off. It can't be heard from another room or if the room is too big or if there is any kind of sound in the room (TV, music, people, pets, humidifier, air purifier, fan, etc.). My dogs perk up everytime my phone makes the tiniest sound at a low volume, but this alarm failed to even register for them. How's a human being supposed to hear the alarms...especially if there is any other sound in the room...even more so if they are hard of hearing?????

This product was extremely difficult to use The lid does not open fully. It only opens at like a 90° angle and it’s very difficult to get the pills out because you don’t have full access to get in. That said, you have to turn the whole contraption over into your hand and if you have left one or skipped one or something in there and didn’t close it, everything falls out also on the way to shut that beeping off that is the most annoying beeping. It is constant. It’s not just like a reminder you could pee your pants on the way to get that bell annoying annoying, and annoying that needs to be adjusted like just one little TTT and let it go for a few seconds maybe even a minute and a DDD as a reminder not an annoying, constant ringing full time ridiculous !!! of course that’s just my opinion

I decided to buy this because I was having a lot of trouble remembering to take my meds. I’d set reminders on my phone but if I wasn’t right by the medication when the reminder went off & able to take them then & there, I’d almost instantly forget them. So the alarm on this organise was a big appeal to me & it has helped me a lot. I’ve been using it for about a month & don’t think I’ve missed a single day of medication since. The fact that I have to go & pick up the box to turn the alarm off means there’s no more flicking off the alarm on my phone & then forgetting about it. The boxes are also a great size. They are bigger than I expected & I was actually surprised, but it means there is plenty of room for all my medications, even the bigger sized tablets. The main issue I have with it though is how easily the day boxes can disconnect from one another. I love that you can take them apart & reorder them but I wish they had a sturdier connection. It doesn’t take much at all for them to come loose & almost every time I pick the box up they almost disconnect. Also the batter case is almost impossible to get open. I honestly don’t know how I managed to get the batteries in but I’m dreading having to replace them because I don’t know if I’ll be able to get it open again. But I’m generally pleased with my purchase since my main aim in buying it was to help make sure I took my meds & it has definitely done that.

This is a great product, easy setup and daily use. The pill containers individually snap together so you can reorganize the days of the week. Alarm is loud enough to here from another room and even one floor down. 5 stars!

Good quality, only issue, and this may be due to my parents not hearing very well, the alarm isn’t very loud.

Has 4 daily alarm settings. Each alarm will repeat twice - 5 min between each. Each rings for a minute. (Perfect for senior pace of getting to alarm/medication. Pressing S silence button will silence the series of alarms.) The whole unit is configurable (how many pills/days to attach to alarm portion). Alarm portion has a compartment for extra pills too. So you can take alarm to lunch with next portion of pills (small). Can take a day or two days medication for day/weekend trip. Alarm has a hole for a lanyard to carry around neck or wheel chair.
