I like the colorful AM/PM compartments because they make each day easy to identify at a glance. The built-in alarm and large display are especially helpful for remembering doses.

I bought this primarily for the timer, to help me remember to take my medications!, and having my meds already out and together for each day is much better and more convenient as well. I like the colors and overall design, but I'm not sure how long the plastic tops will continue to stay closed... ALSO, I had to put tape on the bottom to hold the individual boxes together *because they are attached and detached by sliding together on sides and they move/shift just from handling. It can be useful to take this apart if you want to put a specific box/day in your purse or whatnot, BUT the individual boxes/pieces should NOT so easily slide apart and shift simply from holding! PLUS, the timer is confusing: it has the time and four timer settings. I just need one reminder/timer to go off daily and I could not figure out how to only set one timer (it wasn't allowing me to) and had to set all four, so I set all for the same time, which seems to work. Additionally over the several weeks of using this pill organizer-timer the clock has gradually slowed, it's currently a few minutes off of the actual time. I guess it's about worth the $15 price, does have some issues that could be fixed, improved on, but overall is alright. - Photos of top and bottom of pill container.

I didn’t like this from the start because the “locking in place” mechanism does not lock. Simply opening up one of the containers or even picking it up too fast causes the days to fall apart. I tolerated this because what I really needed was the alarm component (I super glued the days together- every 3 weeks or so I have had to scrape it off and reapply). However, the alarm stopped going off in early August. I got it in June! The clock is still on and the alarms are still set but it just does not go off anymore, making it a total waste of my time and more importantly my money. I would strongly advise not purchasing. PS- the colors differentiate the days, not morning from night. There have been a lot of close calls in the early AM when the bedroom is still dark!

I have a memory like a vault..I can put things in it, but can't remember where I put the combination, so I need reminders to help me out. This pill box alarm concept is good, the 15 compartments for 7 day 2 alarms daily, and an extra box for storage is common in meds. Containers. HOWEVER, the alarm on the particular one I have of this med box has an Alarm so low and weak that I have missed alarms several times. Just room noise will completely block out the alarm alert. YES, I have changed the batteries out more than once, but it didn't improve the volume. I now have my phone set as a backup alarm , but I shouldn't have to do that if the alarm I paid for was just a lot louder. As I stated, the concept is good, but the weak alarm has me searching for a different med box with alarm. No, I can't say this has been reliable for me.

I take multiple medications and a lot of times I forget. This has been great since it has morning and evening and has 4 alarms that help to remind me. Great product!

Positive Remarks: 1. The individual boxes are large enough to fit quite a few pills or capsules. 2. The colors are vibrant and the date/time markings are nice and large. 3. Setting up the alarms is easy to do if you follow the directions. Negative Remarks: 1. The ALARM which is the selling point is barely audible. 2. The pill boxes have to be right near you in order to hear the alarms. Very weak. I give this product two stars. If you are looking for a pill box with a loud alarm, this is not it. Find another pill box.

I decided to buy this because I was having a lot of trouble remembering to take my meds. I’d set reminders on my phone but if I wasn’t right by the medication when the reminder went off & able to take them then & there, I’d almost instantly forget them. So the alarm on this organise was a big appeal to me & it has helped me a lot. I’ve been using it for about a month & don’t think I’ve missed a single day of medication since. The fact that I have to go & pick up the box to turn the alarm off means there’s no more flicking off the alarm on my phone & then forgetting about it. The boxes are also a great size. They are bigger than I expected & I was actually surprised, but it means there is plenty of room for all my medications, even the bigger sized tablets. The main issue I have with it though is how easily the day boxes can disconnect from one another. I love that you can take them apart & reorder them but I wish they had a sturdier connection. It doesn’t take much at all for them to come loose & almost every time I pick the box up they almost disconnect. Also the batter case is almost impossible to get open. I honestly don’t know how I managed to get the batteries in but I’m dreading having to replace them because I don’t know if I’ll be able to get it open again. But I’m generally pleased with my purchase since my main aim in buying it was to help make sure I took my meds & it has definitely done that.

This is a great product, easy setup and daily use. The pill containers individually snap together so you can reorganize the days of the week. Alarm is loud enough to here from another room and even one floor down. 5 stars!

Good quality, only issue, and this may be due to my parents not hearing very well, the alarm isn’t very loud.

Has 4 daily alarm settings. Each alarm will repeat twice - 5 min between each. Each rings for a minute. (Perfect for senior pace of getting to alarm/medication. Pressing S silence button will silence the series of alarms.) The whole unit is configurable (how many pills/days to attach to alarm portion). Alarm portion has a compartment for extra pills too. So you can take alarm to lunch with next portion of pills (small). Can take a day or two days medication for day/weekend trip. Alarm has a hole for a lanyard to carry around neck or wheel chair.
