Owners beware!! Cheap shoes, I have worn maybe 5 times and the cap to the heal fell off. I asked the consumer to please send me a replacement piece for the shoe but instead was told they could not oblige. Then offered me a %20 coupon to purchase a replacement pair. This is very disappointing as in order to get my wear out of them will need to take to a shoe repairmen and pay more $$. Also when receiving these they had a foul chemical smell and I had to leave outside in order to air out before wearing

These shoes are very cute and seem like good quality. I have wide feet, and from the reviews, these seemed like the shoes for me. However, when people said "wide" they really meant huge. These have a lot of room in the top for very large feet, for overall larger women. I'm 65" and 130 lb, so definitely not in that category. I was disappointed that I couldn't make them fit even with thick socks. There was a lot of room, and it just doesn't make them look elegant. However, if that is what you need, these are the shoes for you, because they are nice shoes. Unfortunately, I didn't open the box until after the return window closed, so I will probably sell them to Clothes Mentor or something.

I'm a 9 or a 9.5 in most shoes and a 10 in heels. I bought a 10. If they had half sizes, I'd return for 9.5s. I wear heels maybe once a year, or once every other, so I don't know what I was thinking! They're actually not difficult to walk in! Color me impressed :) But they are not stand-in-one-place shoes. I can walk if I'm constantly moving, but my poor feet if I stand still for more than a second. :( So I'll only be wearing these with a costume.

I absolutely love these shoes. I work in a hospital where I have to remain business casual yet remain on my feet all day. I'm able to wear these shoes all day and my feet do not hurt. I did however purchase soft insoles as there is no cushion on the inside of the shoe. Everyone loves them. Many compliments. Love there is a zipper on the side and the fact that the top middle piece is elastic to move with your foot

These shoes look so good and I want to keep them so badly -but- I can't. The back of them tilts in slightly and digs into the back of my ankle, and the sides fit just around that bone on the side of your ankle that sticks out a bit. It's so uncomfortable. They're so beautiful and true to size, but not worth the pain. (If the company alters them just a little bit to fix those problems, I'll be first in line to buy them. I have several pairs of their boots and love them all.)

Looks just as cute as the picture. But wish I had ordered a wide. Their true to size but I have a little bit of a wide foot. I read a review that said the wide was really wide so I ordered a regular m. The zipper just closes barely on me. But going to keep them.

These shoe boots are really nice. I should have followed Amazon's suggested size for purchase. Instead, I ordered a size larger and as it turned out, they were larger than I needed. However, I am in a power wheelchair and I can still wear them. They are beautiful. Great shoes. Love them!

They have a smell right out of the box .The material is suede however. I ordered an 8.5 WD just to be on the safe side, I wish they were just a tad bit wider. Could be also I received them in the PM after work, so my feet could have been swollen from concrete flooring. Overall, I like them and pray the smell dissipates
