What if my printer does not recognize the ink cartridges?

Ensure a clean contact: Use a pencil eraser firmly rub the contacts, then gently brush away debris. Re-install the cartridge 2-3 times. If the problem persists 1. Turning off printer. 2. Unplug for 2 mins. 3. Turn on and try to print again.

What if the paper has streaks or is not clear when printing?

1. Make sure the seal tape is pulled out entirely from the cartridge. 2. Take a damp towel and gently wipe the bottom area of the cartridge slowly a few times. 3. Perform a Printhead cleaning cycle or Clean cartridge funcation 2 times.

What if the page yield is insufficient?

We strictly follow the " Ink Cartridge Estimated Pages ( Black or Color ), 5% Coverage of A4" requirement stated in the instructions. Page yield may vary with your printed page coverage.
