Great Nostalgic Gift
Ok, this box has a GREAT assortment of candy. But let’s be honest, Nerds came out in 1983, War Heads in 1985, Cow Tales in 1984, and a few others came out later than 1980. This is more of a nostalgia box for candies that were popular in the 80s. They aren’t specific to the birth year though.

A big hit!
My daughter wanted something special to give to her dad for his birthday and what is more special to a kid than candy? I helped her pick out this box of "old fashioned " candy from when daddy was a kid. She gave it to him and I think it was his favorite gift of the day. He certainly tore right into one of the candies after showing our daughter everything inside and letting her select one for herself. They both snack all afternoon. I honestly think her plan was to share candy with Daddy. Haha. It worked and everyone was all smiles! There were lots of little blasts from the past inside and it brought back good memories.

I love these nostalgic sets for birthday gifts! Who doesn't love to dig through their childhood memories of candy. Even when your other childhood memories sucked the candy was awesome! :)

My brother just turned 40 so I wanted to get him all the candy from the year he was born. He absolutely loved this! It had a good amount of candy in there, very nostalgic!

Best 40th Birthday Present. I got to tell my brother a memory of the two of us riding our bikes and going to buy these favorite candies. It brought back wonderful memories for us, in a sibling relationship that needs some reminders of happy things we did. He was so touched.
