Very useful
Easy to use mop.clears the floor really well.

Good mop, flimsy handle
The microfiber mop is great, and they gave a free extra one too. But the mopstick was so flimsy, it's rusted and broken after barely 3 months' use. Unable to source a replacement handle, so now I have 2 great mopheads -one used and one brand new - which cannot be used because there's no handle. Not worth the price, very disappointed at such poor quality.

Weak rod avoid strong arm twisting excellent head
Excellent coverage and mop head quality. However the rod is flimsy and already shaky due to the heaviness of the head and all the twisting. Especially if you have a strong arm you should avoid this as you may end up breaking the rod. Also company as a whole should think of reducing its carbon footprint and invest in metal rods instead of complete plastic ones both from improving customer satisfaction and environment. Else please make spare rods for this one too just like spin one's.

Good quality twist mop
This is a good quality twist mop but when soaked in the water it gets little heavy but we will get used to it once it is used continuously. Once the water is squeezed out of the mop around 80% of the water is removed. Cleans the floor well without any water spillage. The quality is good and also got a spare mop along with this one.
