The cheap $40-$50 bands you find on desertcart are molded into a single piece of latex. This process is cheaper and results in many bands breaking under moderate use. We have upgraded all of our bands to a layered manufacturing process. This is much more expensive for us to produce, but results in bands that are 300% more durable and resistant to breaks and tears. - 5 Resistance Levels - Perfect for all strength levels. Workout bands can be added to increase your performance on deadlift, bench press, squat, shoulder press, as well as help with stretching and flexibility. Great for men or women. - Versatile - Add to your home gym equipment or take them on your travels for an efficient hotel room workout. Gain muscle; power, speed, and explosiveness. Change resistance levels as your strength increases. You can always add more resistance or assistance, based on your goals. - Functional Training - Whether working out at home or at the gym, take your weight lifting program to the next level with exercise bands, an advanced strength building technique. Great for assistance with pullups or added resistance to all major lifts. Finally, there are fitness bands for those of us that don't want neon purple bands. Introducing our all new "tactical" colors. - For A Good Cause - A portion of all profits are donated to wounded veterans through the Wounded Warrior Foundation, and the children of fallen Police Officer's through the First Responders Children's Foundation. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B081F25FYP | | Additional Features | Anti-Snap | | Best Sellers Rank | #36,527 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #369 in Resistance Bands | | Brand Name | Iron Infidel | | Color | Set of 5 Bands | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (5,588) | | Included Components | 5 Resistance Bands Set for Workout | | Item Type Name | Layered Strength Training Resistance Bands | | Item Weight | 3.2 pounds | | Manufacturer | Iron Infidel | | Manufacturer Part Number | DIPPED-5SET | | Material Type | Natural Rubber | | Model Name | Resistance Bands Set | | Model Number | TP-001 | | Number of Resistance Levels | 5 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Workout | | Sport Type | Stretching | | Style Name | Resistance Bands, Pull Up, Bench Press | | Tension Supported | 150lbs | | UPC | 860002890067 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Iron Infidel - **Color:** Set of 5 Bands - **Item Weight:** 3.2 pounds - **Material:** Natural Rubber - **Sport:** Stretching ## Images ![5 Band Set - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71lF3ohv-XL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pull Up Assistance Bands for Working Out - Resistance Bands Set for Men, Exercise, Workout, Fitness, Strength, Weightlifting, Training, Powerlifting, Stretch, Crossfit WOD - Resistance Band Handles - Cable Machine Handles Attachment and Door Anchor for Exercise Bands, Super Heavy Duty Accessory for Pull Up Assistance Bands, Workout Equipment & Home Gym - Fabric Resistance Bands for Legs - Workout Bands Resistance Bands for Men and Women - Booty Bands for Working Out - Exercise Bands Resistance Bands Set - Elastic Bands for Exercise --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.it/products/181742607-5-band-set](https://www.desertcart.it/products/181742607-5-band-set) --- *Product available on Desertcart Italy* *Store origin: IT* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
