They're great! super study, solid as a rock and come with different attachments like the crotch fork for those old kits with no hole. Sadly no Claw grip attachment. Another thing to note and this is IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE YOUR MAIN NIPPERS TO CUT THE PIECES OFF THE RUNNERS. These are made for Bandai model kits like GUNPLA Gundam 1/144 scale.. **Q: Are these the same size as action base 5?** A: Slightly smaller I do believe **Q: does this work one marvel legends with clothing parts like a coat?** A: If your Marvel Legends figure has one of those peg holes near the bottom of it's crotch it should work. Very easy to assemble and will hold the figure just fine. But they don't have all that much room for posability. I found it hard to have my PG Gundam model in a standing pose with these, as the arm will not bend that low.
