As starting 21 day fix, these came quickly next day. Great tubs with nanes on of what each one is ie Green is Veggies, Red is Protein. Also like it says if it's 1 cup ,three quarters,half,third etc. So say you wanted 2 portions of carbs, you could use the veg or fruit tub instead The mini guide is good, not as much detail as official 21 day fix booklet, has a smaller food listing . Easy to use and saves weighing . Handy to have 2 sets, saves constantly washing them.

I have recommended this diet to so many friends. It's cheep, easy, uncomplicated diet. Portion control is key for me loosing weight. You can download an app too.I lots about 3 pounds week. I was super pleased. Size 12 going on size 10.

Portion sizes are perfect, easy instructions to understand, exactly what I needed.Also purchased the portion control plates along side these.Will update in a few months.

The guide on how to use it does not give enough information, there is not a full list of foods you can eat and would therefore make it very restrictive also, with the carbs, is it pre-cooked quantities for things like rice, would be much better to have a complete guide on how to use, now searching for a book to help use it which makes it more expensive

This is working for me. I didn’t want to go on a traditional diet as I eat a range of foods, that don’t fit into a typical diet; i.e I don’t eat meat or dairy but I do eat fish. So I don’t enjoy following meal plans. You can eat whatever you want as long as it’s from those food groups. It’s helped me understand I was eating too much fat. I’m a visual learner so it makes sense to me. Probs doesn’t suit everyone.

I had some before, couldn’t remember what to do, having the extra pots and new instructions from this order made it easy to get back on the wagon… it’s surprising how little carbs you need. Have combined this with the recipes I get from the Beach Body On demand app and it’s really helping me control my weight whilst breast feeding. I can also meal prep with these pots, putting my fruit portions in ready
