I've tried a lot of herbs over the decades and I can vouch that this product is the real deal. Taking the recommended dosage of 2 tablets 2x a day, it immediately produces a powerful physical detox effect (initiating a lot of nose-blowing and some coughing, which pushes phlegm out of the body – be sure to spit!) An herb with impurities will produce mental irritability or “feeling crappy,” but this product happily had zero effects like that. The second day of the detox I breathed in a lot of old dust & hair while cleaning out a vacuum brush roller, and my lungs filled up the way they used to right before I quit smoking 7 years ago, but it was a temporary bronchitis. I inhaled eucalyptus oil in steam (vapor from boiling water), and I coughed it all out after just a couple of hours. I slept a bit “hot” all night (but then again the winter temperature is 30 degrees above normal now…) and I believe the cat’s claw sped the lung detox along…. Quite amazing results. My lungs were all clear again the next morning with only the slightest, tiniest headache that went away after an hour, and some sneezing, which is part of the detox/cleansing process. Your results will be dependent upon your diet and immune system how easily or effective the detox will be, but you CANNOT be taking pharma drugs, vaccines, alcohol, cigarettes, fried foods or ANY animal products at all while taking it; eat lots of clean foods like dark leafy salads & lots of fruits and raw vegetable juicing. Having been on a 100% plant-based diet for 20 years and staying far away from all pharma & vaccines, plus alcohol-and-cigarette-free for 7 years, my immune system is very responsive. So again, may be a bit slower process or more uncomfortable for other folks. (I use herbs to get out any cooked/processed vegan “junk” food I binge on – and there is tons of fun stuff out there! (latest binge was 5 bags of vegan white cheddar cheese puffs in 1 week… which didn’t make me gain even one pound :) Cat’s claw is an incredible antioxidant that kills viruses and bacteria, reverses arthritis and other inflammatory illnesses, etc. and I would recommend it for vaccine injuries like Crohn’s, IBS, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this particular product and brand’s authenticity and purity for successfully detoxing! NOTE: If you take cat’s claw for 8 weeks, it will show improved DNA repair! These herbs are NOT meant to be taken for long periods of time, like more than 2 or 3 months tops, 6 weeks is optimum, and should be done seasonally or only when you require detoxing.

I could tell right away this was a quality product from a quality company. This was my first product from Pure Mountain and I’m replacing more of my products with this brand. I like it for my joints, bowel movements and sleep. I take two at night.

I’ve been using Pure Mountain Botanicals Cat’s Claw for a few weeks now and can say it’s a solid product. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that it’s made without fillers or questionable additives. The company seems committed to clean sourcing, which matters to me. I’ve noticed a slight improvement in joint stiffness and overall inflammation. It’s not a miracle cure, but it’s doing something—and that’s more than I can say for some other brands I’ve tried. I also like that the bottle is tightly sealed and the capsules don’t have a strong odor. Knocked off one star just because I wish the dosage instructions were a little more detailed for different uses (e.g., immune support vs. inflammation). Still, it’s a trustworthy product I’ll likely buy again.

So over the summer I started having some severe pain & pressure in my pelvis on top of what felt like a UTI. After going back and forth to my Obgy and a Urologist, they prescribed Antiobiotics for UTI. I went back for a follow up sonogram a month later and my CYST was gone! I havent had anymore issues. I feel great.I have recommended this to many other women and they also have said its helped them or their teen daughters too! Will continue taking cat claw's ! I have RA and after 2+ years of Methotrexate, Plaquenil and clean diet I still experienced occasional, painful flares. As I never got close to feeling 100% during this time I decided to tamper down the medications. I am now completely off both medications since 2+ months and 1 month in to supplementing with Cat's Claw (first 1 capsule a day and now 3-4) & GLA (beside of clean diet, daily Vitamin D supplements and Omega 3 which has been in my daily routine for many years). Morning stiffness vanished after about 1 week and my energy levels and ability to concentrate has increased drastically. I am now as close to pain free as I've been since getting RA. It is hard to say exactly how much of this is from the Cat's Claw (as brain-fog is a know side effect of Plaquenil) but my husband who started taking Cat's Claw at a lower dose aslo experienced increased level of energy. It is still too early to say anything about any long term benefits of this supplement but considering all the serious long term side effects that comes with most RA medications I still think it is worth a try. Just make sure to consult your physician as Cat's Claw may counter react and or increase potency of some medications, and not to be used during pregnancy so it is always a good idea to monitor closely.

So I went to physical therapy for hip pain. It made my pain worse. My physical therapist wasn't listening to me when I would tell him the exercises he was making me do were making my condition worse. I canceled the rest of my physical therapy appointments and stopped going to the gym. The pain was so severe that I couldn't walk and was limping around. After a lot of research I came to the conclusion it's hip bursitis, proximal hamstring tendonopathy so I began icing it and took cat's claw. Within 3 weeks I noticed that the pain and inflammation had calmed down. I could walk without crying. My orthopedic confirmed my diagnosis. He sent me to physical therapy but we're going about it a bit differently. Pain isn't completely gone but had been dramatically reduced since I began taking Cat's claw.
