I actually bought it for my 12 months old, I just bought it big so it'd last a while. It is super stretchy which is great, but I think the head is sized smaller than it's sized. I would prefer the hands to just be sealed, again I use for my 12 months old so he doesn't n2ed free hands. It is great though! Toque, neckwarmer and Mitts all in one! Also, mine is actually navy not blue as in the picture.
