Perfect for my elastic nipples. No more nipple damage. I don’t even come close to hitting the end of the flange. Combined with the base connector it gives a lot of length. My nipples measure 15 and 17 mm and I use the 17 mm flanges. The 17 mm nipple is very elastic so the 17 mm flange with some coconut oil generously applied is perfect. Normally you want 2-4 mm larger than your nipple diameter but with truly elastic nipples you need to keep it close to the true size

Love it, comfortable and suitable

I love these! My nipples are small and these are perfect! It hurts like a mofo to pump with the typical 21mm “smalls”. I don’t know why more sizes aren’t made by pump manufacturers as I can’t imagine all women have large nipples. Thank you Maymom! 3 years ago all the pump shields I bought were two pieces and I tried multiple sizes. So I just pop these into my previous bases. Not the case now.

Exactly what I needed

Don’t buy this one!! It is not the single piece like most Spectra pump flanges and requires a second piece to attach to the pump and bottle which isn’t available anymore. Get the one that’s all together.

Works to connect to my Lansinoh pump.

I sterilized them as usual. I tried them several times and couldn’t figure out why they won’t working well. Then I noticed it was crackled only the seam in the cylinder portion. I’m so disappointed in this product. Perhaps arrived this way or just broke after being used
