I have a original ps2 phat model. The 30001 model and alot of these memory cards were not compatible. This one works great and I can now play my games off hard drives and usb and preserve my laser on my system. Love it.

Super simple way to get free mcboot and I have been using it with zero issues. I would say if you want to rip you games to make your ps2 last longer and load faster I highly recommend.

As with all items like this, one always worries about getting fake items. This is not one of those. Popped it into my system and booted up (very quickly) with access to all the programs listed in the description. I do have one request/recommendation for the developers: It would be useful to allow the user to install/copy the software off the memory card to another location. There is not an installer listed.

Upscaler is amazing. No extra cables necessary. All I need to do is simply set it up in the GSM options. I didn't know this was possible. It even worked on a few of my movies. My flash drives are now compatible with the system whereas before they couldn't be recognized by the PS2. My only complaint is that the UI is a bit confusing and takes some getting used to. The included booklet could be much better explaining how to get in and out of menus.

Works and booted up first try. Haven't had any issues and yes you can use it as a regular memory card.

Exactly what I needed

The reviews on this seemed kind of sketchy. I was worried they might be paid for. This works great. I was worried it wouldn't work with my model of PS2, but it works like a charm!

its own menus worked, but as soon as i tried to load a game or just change display settings, only black screens happened on hard drive (it was compatible), unplayable lag from USB, and furthest i got on disc was "Sony Computer Entertainment America Presents" and it froze. PS2 model 50001. tried 2 different composite to hdmi adapters. i have no composite on my tv. PS2 runs normal discs well.
