I find I have to wear them over my feet though. Can't wear them at the ankle otherwise they make my feet puffy! They smooth my tummy out as well as my legs which is a nice bonus. Thin enough to wear in warmer weather, but you would need to wear actual leggings over the top of them to go outdoors. They're too see through to wear alone. I could have probably gone down a size for a tighter fit on the leg but they're comfortable to wear and lots of stretch.
