Can this be used on the front of a 2019 Toyota Sienna?

I used them on a 2019 Toyota RAV 4. The front license plates use metric machine screws to attach the plates. I bought two screws at the hardware store and used the plastic screw covers supplied with the Aujen frames.

UV protection? sun fade ?

Black silicone is not prone to fading even in UV sunlight. Other colors, especially red, may not be as colorfast but I only have experience with this product in black.

Is this plate legal in Virginia? I have a bright blue one.
