I do, however, have a lot of use for a narrow spatula/turner. I bought this when I couldn't find a like replacement for an aging squarish spatula that was starting to disintegrate.So far, this product has released from a pan homemade pizza that was refusing to leave the pan, stirred homemade ice cream, flipped brownies out of the pan, and pretty much everything else you'd want a spatula or flipper to do.Well worth the little bit extra on price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wouldn't make omlettes without it *by F***K on Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2021* I love a good omlette but in the past have had to settle for scrambled eggs with add ins. Bought this after I had gotten other Di Oro spatulas. I now make an omlette every couple of weeks with no problems. Flexible enough to loosen the edges, lift the edges to let the remaining raw egg to run to the bottom. Can even flip half the omlette and let it finish cooking before lifting it out of the pan. This is awful! Its too thick, just pushes the eggs away from you, and you can't get under it to flip, thus ruining the omelette. It works fine for scrambling eggs! The shape is also way too thin, it moves half of the omelette, not it as a whole.
