Does this have a clasp on the back to keep the pendent from sliding?

Blimey, I don't have it within convenient distance. However, I can say that it did not slide at all. Maybe it did have a clasp - I remember it being adjustable and that it stayed at whatever length I wanted and did not slip.

Does the color: tiger eyes 4 style looks like the pictures? i bought a similar one and when it arrived, it's all dark blue, no white stripes at all.

Tiger's eye stones are natural stones. Some stones have brighter stripes than others. Mine also has less white than I would desire. I'm sure that they pick the best stones for their pictures. You will probably have to contact the seller to resolve this issue.
