Does this play uk recorded VHS tapes?

VHS video tape players & recorders are region coded for different countries. VHS machines sold in the USA are coded for Region 1 and will only play video tapes made for USA and Canada. VHS machines sold in the UK are coded for Region 2 and will only play video tapes made for the UK. However, some older professionally made movies on VHS tape may be labeled Playable Worldwide meaning they will play on all VHS video tape players & recorders in all regions worldwide.
