Awesome choice!

The box was amazingly well packed - thick Styrofoam - reinforced seams and even plastic corner protectors. I was worried based on other reviews but it would have taken a lot of mishandling to damage the cabinet inside. The file cabinet itself is sturdy with clean edges. It looked better than I had imagined. The lock worked flawlessly and I'm very happy with the combination lock rather than a key - much more practical for keeping kids out without the hassle of hiding (and finding) the key. The rollers are smaller than I was thinking but this works out perfectly because it keeps the cabinet low and stable on carpet while still being very easy to roll around. Drawers have smooth action and a sturdy feel. I was very impressed with this product!

this filing cabinet is extremely sturdy. I am using the filing cabinet without the wheels so it is sitting on top of the floor. I do not want the capability of being able to roll it around as I have young children that will unlock it and push it around. the smart lock is great. I had some issues with it not locking, but it seems to have resolved on its own. the lock times out when the buttons are pushed and will beep incessantly. I wish they made it a little less child friendly. kids seem to be magnets towards buttons..

I like the fact that this cabinet was extremely well packed in the carton including plastic corner protectors. The assembly instructions, while grammatically incorrect in parts, are relatively clear and easy to follow. The construction of this cabinet is significantly better than the other two units I purchased and had to return. Drawers slide very easily and the whole front of the unit is perfectly aligned when all the drawers are closed. The reason I gave this metal cabinet 4/5 stars for Sturdiness is while apparently manufactured to very high standards, it is still thin metal and could not be compared to the strength and stability of a wood cabinet. Nevertheless, it should last me for quite some time to come. Additionally, the lock came with instructions, unlike my last purchase, and I found it easy to set up even though these instructions, like the assembly instructions, are grammatically incorrect. This must be a popular cabinet because the black version is not available on Amazon or company's website. This off-white color is actually very nice and not too bright or stark. Bottom line, I am very happy with my purchase.

The lock, if you enter 4-3-2-1 enter, defaults to 1-2-3-4 enter to open. I bought this to secure files in my apartment, and other items because I have had theft of items from my apartment. so this doesn't meed my needs. It's been impossible to send back, I was told I didn't need a box, and given a code, ups said they had to have a box and had to have a code, amazon said they'd get right back to me with a new label, but they had to talk to the seller again, I have been disconnected from 3 different amazon agents and it's getting harder and harder to return low quality items.

Purchased this for my college student and it is not only a great storage system on wheels for the dorm, but it has an electronic combination lock so she can keep her valuables safe without having to purchase a separate safe. Very good quality and sleek in design.

This cabinet was good at the begining but now it constantly have issue with the lock/keypad. I have been searching for a solution online with no answer. There is NO PHOTO or specific instructin on how to charge the key pad and WHERE is the charge port?????

This was the only file cabinet on the market with an electronic lock that fits under my electric sit-stand desk that didn't get hit by the desk if my daughter lowers it all the way. The quality did not disappoint either, unpacking and assembly took less than 5 minutes, internal cubic feet is on par with file cabinets that are to tall due to this being slightly deeper, the construction is quite sturdy, drawers slide with ease, 5th wheel in front prevents it from tipping over when I open the overloaded bottom drawer, electronic lock makes it so I don't have to worry about finding a key when I need to open in, and having three drawers instead of 2 on most cabinets provides a much needed extra organizational space.
