I’m trying to play on my Xbox one and I can only move forward none of my other keys work what do I do

I don't have an xbox but i have a ps4 so it should be similar. Try restarting the xbox, if that doesn't work then turn off the keyboard, mouse and unplug the usb key from xbox. Also check the settings for the keyboard in the gane settings. Also plug in usb key first to the xbox and the turn on the mouse and then the keybord. Hope thus helps, but if it doesn't then return it to the vendor. I have two of these keyborads and they work great. You might have a defective one if so.

It should be located in the mouse
