Works very well on my Canon SX-40 HS with a 58mm adapter Tried out with 49mm, 52mm, 55mm, and my Tiffen filter sets. Very happy with the purchase.

Each piece appears to be well made and they all fit into the correct thread size. Also the correct filter/accessory will fit. The price is good for the products.

The rings screw on and off smoothly, with no fit issues. I haven’t tried to bend them and am not too worried about them bending under normal use, but I’m not going to test that. They feel a little flimsy, so I wouldn’t recommend them for long-term, day-in/day-out use. But for occasional use and a cost of less than $10, I’m willing to accept that.

I didn’t know these existed until I stumbled across a lens review. These are so convenient to have and are easy to use. Sometimes when I have to use multiple step down rings, it can be a little tough to separate them. They are so handy that I bought step up rings too.

In not a fan of using larger filters on smaller lenses but in a pinch these will work. Make sure you get a filter wrench though sometimes they will just not unscrew from the filter.

I bought these to mount a Smallrig matte box to my Sigma 18-50 lens on my Sony FX30 (55mm diameter). I bought this set of step rings because they were the cheapest and I have to say I am very happy with them. I stacked the 55-58, the 58-62, and the 62-67 rings and then I was able to attach the 67mm Smallrig adapter included with the matte box. I had never heard of the brand Fotasy before, but if the price is right I would definitely buy more products from them in the future.

typical step rings. They get stuck together, get stuck on the lense or filter, or just plain get stuck. But when you need to put that filter on, and there is no other way, except buy a new filter, these work in a pinch. Not great quality, but not as bad as some I have used in the past. Nice item to have around because my daughter is getting into photography, and wants to use my filters to improve her shots. She is getting pretty good too, but my NIkons have a 72mm filter size, and her little pentax uses a 55. These helped her decide which filters to spend her money on first. And when they are used up, we will toss them, and order a second set

Replaced the 1st set as the larger 82mm ring didn't allow my filter to screw on. However, it worked after receiving the replacement set. Threads are very fine, if a ring got bent slightly I could see them no longer connecting to each other. After going through the entire set of separating them and putting each together I've noticed it can be difficult to align some of the rings. I suggest setting up your lens prior to location shoot if possible to avoid fumbling around with this delicate task of putting on these step rings. These are definitely not a quick swap solution for filters on different lens sizes. If you're looking for a fast swap solution you should go with a matte box with filter options that will allow you to just drop in filters and easily move the sets between lenses. I have to close by saying that once these on they work as described.
