Dunhill Fir, 10 Feet

This is our first artificial tree. I ordered the 10 foot LED. I have been buying real trees for 25 years, the cost for a 10 footer is out of control, and I was ready to try something different. I am not going to lie, it was a lot of work to bend/fluff every branch tip, but worth it to have the results I got. I did not have any problems connecting the lights between the 4 sections. I did it as soon as I added the new section. I did everything myself with the exception of connecting the sections. The tree looks very real. I haven't added ornaments yet, but wanted to share this info, for those on the fence about purchasing it. If you don't mind putting in the time, you will have a beautiful tree. The LED model has several different light settings, including super bright color, a muted pastels color and the clear. You can make them twinkle or flash. I like the white with random bulbs twinkling. I highly recommend this tree. It is a great price and made very well.

The tree was well packed, easy to figure out how to assemble and put together. The colored tags helped to figure out how to plug sections together. I did wear cotton gloves to protect my hands while fluffing out the branches. This part took about an hour. It is a beautiful tree- so much so that my daughter thought it was real! The lights go from clear to gold, green and purple to multi-color. They have still or flashing and fade options too. So much easier than dealing with a real tree. Super easy to disassemble after the holiday as well. Was a fabulous purchase!!

First I will start by saying that the tree is gorgeous and a five star. It’s full and it’s huge. You will not be disappointed. I have not finished fluffing it or I would have added a picture. The bad part of this review is in reflection of Amazon directly and not the tree or the company. The star is a direct representation of the poor customer service I received. The tree if purchased had/has a promotion that you will get a free echo pop and smart plug. Upon receiving the tree I went on Amazon to claim my free items. It stated I had until December 16,2024 to do so. When trying to claim them it was only applying half off and wanting me to pay $32. I reached out to Amazon via chat. First they wanted me to send the order ID. Done, but then they asked me for a picture where it shows I would get free items. I thought this was strange being they could easily search the product or the order, but I sent them a picture. Their solution was for me to repurchase the tree and they add them on and when I get the replacement tree go through the inconvenience of returning the one I got. I told them absolutely not. This tree when I bought it was over $300 and it weighs around 50 lbs. It’s not the easiest for me to just pack up and around and who wants to keep forking out several hundreds of dollars. They absolutely refused any other option saying that was the only solution. I asked for a supervisor to call me and was told that the supervisor could do nothing more for me. I don’t honestly care about the free items in comparison to the tree, but it is the principle that I should have received them and felt it’s really poor customer service that I should have to repurchase the item to get said free items. Do better Amazon.

Gorgeous, full tree! The color and lighting options are great. The first fluff did take a long time (like 4 hours with two people) but that is to be expected with such a large full tree.

I’ve changed my review of this tree. Beautiful Tree. My tree was delivered last Sunday and tidy is Friday. I finally got all of the lights to work. The assembly of the tree is simple. 3 sections top, middle and bottom. Each section just plugs into each other My issue was with the lights installed on the tree. It’s a Nightmare. It took 5 days and disassembling the tree 4 times to find the right connections. Maybe it was just me. It’s a gorgeous 7.5 foot prelit tree. No support from National Tree. It seems Amazon sale trees are not covered under the National Tree Company warranty. When I spoke with them they said this was typical for Amazon. Apparently they sell to Amazon and get some of the problem All in all for the price it is an amazing looking tree once assembled and the lights working. This baby is staying up till Valentines Day.!

I had a similar artificial tree for over 15 years, but the non-led bulbs had burned out and the "needles" were getting brittle and falling off when assembling/dis-assembling it. So, it was time for a new one. I saw a bunch that just looked fake, were too sparse or too expensive. I was a bit apprehensive about some of the negative reviews, but purchased this one anyway. The assembly was exactly like my old tree. It came in sections and you had to connect the lights between each section. And of course, you have to fluff the branches. This seems to be the biggest complaint in the reviews. And yes it was a pain for the first time coming out of a very compact box. A bit of patience and care to fan each of the branches resulted in a very satisfying tree with virtually no gaps (I have a window behind the tree, so during the day any gaps would have stood out). However, at the end of each season, I will minimize the amount of squashing when I put each section into its own bag, which will shorten the amount of fluffing I need to do next year. The lights are led, so they should last forever. The extra bonus was that some of the lights twinkled adding a really nice effect. I got this on sale, so the price wasn't too shocking. I definitely recommend this tree.

We love this tree. It's the best tree we've ever had. It has lots and lots of lights. Online video of assembly was also helpful. Easy to fluff up and looks like a real tree.

This tree looks gorgeous, I had to order a relatively small star so it wouldn’t hit the ceiling but it looks great. There are multiple light settings so you can choose the look you like most. I personally enjoyed the slow cycling between white and multicolored lights. It does take some time to properly “fluff up” the branches and I recommend doing that one layer at a time but the effort is 100% worth it.

Looks nothing like described. Bait and switch. Save your money and get another tree don't make the same mistake I did

This was a great purchase. The tree looks amazing after only a few minutes of bending out the branches for full coverage and the lights are easy to connect. Highly recommend!

Love it! I’m glad I didn’t get swayed by the negative reviews. If you don’t know how / care to fluff a tree, this might not be the tree for you but I love what I was able to do with it.
