Tired of too many USB cables?
Allows older micro-USB cables to charge USB-C devices. The other version of this adapter (USB-C to micro-USB) is better for devices that fast charge. For devices that don't support fast charging, this micro-USB version works great, and it keeps those old USB cables in service. So far the adapter looks like it will provide the function today is needed. The part that would be good to know if this product is rated for outdoors and if it is waterproof or water resistant.

I like it but ...
I purchased the adapter to connect to my Galaxy Tab A9+. I planned to use it for both charging and data transfer. After several attempts with the adapter attached to sever different cables, I could not use it for data transfer. In addition, the charging was very slow. I could not get it to work on my Samsung phone either. I did try using it to charge other products. It successfully charged my wireless headset and USB flood lights.
